“This location was an absolute dumpster fire before. Constantly out of ingredients. If you went anywhere within two hours of closing you could see the staff boxing up the food for themselves and openly talking about all the stuff they’re bringing home. They would then tell you there’s no more of X ingredient, which is really annoying when you drive somewhere for dinner. Furthermore, it was filthy at all times, food spilled over into different stations and the staff were extremely unprofessional.That being said, this last visit was totally different. Everything stocked, clean, and the staff was reasonably nice (they still need major training in their professionalism and courteousness).They were a 1 star but this visit really turned it around, hopefully it stays that way.Parking: Plenty of free parking directly outside“

What sets this location apart is their exceptional customer service. Each visit is met with freshness in their offerings and warmth in their service. The staff here aren't just employees; they're like friends who remember me, greet me with smiles and waves, making every visit feel personal and welcoming.My frequent visits, sometimes 2-3 times a week, are a testament to the consistent quality they maintain. Just last month, while in Florida, I had the opportunity to review a few Chipotle outlets there, but none matched the standard of my beloved Clovis location. It's not just about the food, which is always fresh and delicious, but also about the people and the atmosphere they create.I want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team at the Clovis Chipotle.
