Everything was perfect, the flavor in all of the dishes, the staff, the chef, everything was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend stopping through here to enjoy some awesome soul food! “The chicken is on point. I really love the flavor. I would stay away from the biscuits. You could play Hockey with them. Service was okay. Guys behind the counter greeted their regulars nicely. Atmosphere was low, because it's a gas station.“

“The relaxed atmosphere enhanced our dining experience. We were seated and eating our meal in less than 20 minutes. Brandon, our server, checked on us several times and at the end of the meal made an excellent dessert recommendation, the apple berry pie and ice cream. We did not have to ask for anything, Brandon anticipated what we needed and made sure to get it to us. I would return to this restaurant based solely on his thoughtful and friendly service.“

“Our first visit for Saturday night dining was great, and the food was amazing. I am from Louisiana and I was missing southern food. This place definitely hit the spot! The space is tended to well - I saw the bartender cleaning off the corbels on the bar when he had a minute. Our server was personable and timely. Did I say the food though? Shrimp, andouille po boys, and churro donuts… we will be back to try the rest of the menu!“
