These people do not know how to treat the customer with respect. It's all about the dollar to them ! Sad!!!!I had to send my corn back because it was cold in my cosido. That is crazy !!!!I asked for a ladle if soup for my corn and they refused.. I told them I will pay for it and they said I have to pay for a full order.Me and family went to Dicicco's two nights ago on shaw/first and spent the same amount $55.00 for three family members... It was sooooo good; great customer service!!!! We will return.I will never come back to this El Rodeo!!!If you want to be a successful restaurant..please treat your customers good so they will want to return. You ruined my dinner and I wasted my money here and that is very disappointing!!!

This used to be our go-to for a quick and convenient meal. Not anymore. My husband and I came in on a Saturday around 2 pm. They didn't seem too busy. It took a good five minutes to even be recognized after walking in to be seated. Drinks and chips were quick as usual. We ordered an appetizer and waited. Waited some more. Refilled on chips and salsa. Waited again. We were not the only people waiting for food. Two tables were refilled on margaritas. One table had to bottle feed their baby twice during the time that elapsed. There was a large group of probably twenty to thirty in the banquet area. When food was being brought out, it went to them. After waiting thirty minutes for a mini chimichanga, we were growing impatient. One table was brought their food, and then immediately after, the waitress brought them the check and boxes. They didn't ask for it, though. They sat there and ate. Little rude on the waitress's part, in my opinion. I say that because she did it with the next table too. After 45 minutes, the appetizer arrived. Of course, it's too hot to devour.I looked at my husband and said, "How much do you want to bet our food comes out in five minutes?" He looked into the kitchen, and sure enough, our food was finally being made.We left. And I do not feel bad at all. We didn't touch the appetizer but did finish our water.Word of advice to the restaurant: If you have a large party or are short staffed, let the customer know. The waitress could have come by and said, "We are a bit backed up right now. Sorry for the inconvenience." Or something like that. I had to flag her down for more chips when we refilled. If they had pushed out my appetizer like they should have, it would have been fine. It irks me that there was no urgency for the people who weren't in the banquet area. We are just as hungry, ya know!I was a regular, I tip well, and I always recommended the establishment. Not anymore.

When you order fajitas you get a huge plate of food and only 2 tortillas, they will charge you $2.79 for 2 more tortillas. No they are not the big tortillas.

I love their chili rellenos and í been buying them for years but this one nite right before closing, I ordered them and didn't go to eat them until the next nite. It was cold and I leave stuff on the counter overnite all the time but these didn't smell right when I went to heat them up so I took them back the next day. It's the waitress there, she said I should have brought them the next day but they had closed by the time I warmed them up so I went the following day and she said that wasn't acceptable and would not exchange them. Then she told me the bathroom was for paying customers and that I couldn't use it and that I was banned from the restaurant. She's been very rude without justification and I can't seem to catch her boss there and she will not let me talk to him! It's ok tho because the cost increase is huge and the portions went down.....it's not worth it! Btw..it was only 2 rellenos alacart...and that's all and i paid over 20.00 bucks, but she refused to exchange it !

My sisters and i went to dinner on Feb 1 at around 530pm. This is usually a great restaurant but tonight our ground beef enchiladas were a little over cooked and the rice tasted different. Like they changed brands. Why fix something that isn't broke? The service was great. Thank

great food, first time there ever and was impressed with the size of the plates and i was stuffed couldn't finish my plate. great sauce for the enchilada and tamale, next time will ask for less cheese in the beans but was good overall decor is outdated and a few ceiling fans need to get fixed before someone gets hurt , waitresses were great, easy to get along with great attitudes.

My favorite spot for Mexican food. They have the BEST asada tacos, and really good chicken tacos. Plates are always fresh and hot with fresh food. They also have really good birria!

Had a few items delivered from here. Usually order from Bobby Salazars but they were closed. So glad I tried El Rodeo. Best food I've had in a very long time!

It's a little hole in the wall but it's great. If you know about "cenas" in Mexico, it's the same style, just through out the day. The owners are super friendly and very polite. I ordered the sope and for one, it was huge! And it was actually thick, not a tostada. Oh and their tortillas are homemade. I couldn't finish the sope but it felt like I was eating my mom's food at home. Definitely recommend this place and I'll be back because their salsa is addicting!!!!

Have never been to this establishment but was told by my husband that he had eaten here before and that the food was good. So we decided eat here tonight which the restaurant had a total of 4 table and seemed to be slow due to the restaurant almost closing. When we were seated it took our waiter quite some time to great us and take our order plus when we specifically asked for no tomato's on my husbands dish due to him being allergic to tomato's they still added tomato's on his order. The food was not sent back due to my husband and I being hungry and it taking some time for the waiter to check in on his tables, so he ate around it. This wasn't what made the experience absolutely upsetting to me but when the time came to pay for our meal the card machine that they use went down and we sat waiting for over 20minutes for them trying to fix the card reader. The manager on duty didn't even come to the table to let us know that the reader was non operational for the day but the waiter did and that they tried everything so they are only accepting cash which was a problem because my husband and I only had card. The waiter even suggested that we leave our debt card with them over night until they fix the problem to charge us which is something I haven never been asked or even suggested but found it such of a bad experience from start to finish. So in order for us to be able to pay for our meal my husband had to cash app the waiter so we were able to get our card back. Will not be returning nor recommending anyone to go here till they get better training on their systems or reliable system and better customer service with guest.
