I went to the drive thru today to order food for me and my family, first red flag was that inside there was hardly any costumers (possibly 4-5 people max), and we still waited behind a black truck for about 10 minutes before getting to the speaker. I pulled up and looked over the menu, sent a text, and got on TikTok while waiting for someone to take my order. After awhile of waiting I checked when I sent the message and it said 20 MINUTES AGO!!! The black truck was STILL in front of me at the window. I made a comment to my sister about how we’ve been waiting 20 minutes, and how I was stressed since I had a ton of work to do at home. I did NOT direct this towards the worker. I know how stressful working in fast food can be! And clearly the managers here suck otherwise they wouldn’t already be short staffed only a year into their business. While talking with my sister about the long wait time, we were considering the possibility of the speaker being broken and just pulling up since no one approached us, suddenly a man rudely through the speakers said “we are short staffed, be patient.” I was so confused since I was not talking to him first of all, and secondly how is me waiting over 20 minutes in a drive thru line NOT patient? I think I was more than patient with them. Someone even pulled up behind me and left since it was taking so long. I reversed my car and got the hell out of there before I could get stuck in line. It would be one thing if the food was good, but every time we go our drinks are so disgustingly watered down and our food is cold and soggy. Whatever the owners are doing at this location, it is not working for them and I don’t see them being in business for much longer since they can’t handle having a drive thru and 5 people in the building. I hope any employee here escapes while they can, because only employees who hate their job would be so incredibly disrespectful.

I love their hamburgers, fat fries, and onion rings. There is such a variety of ingredients that you can add to build your perfect hamburger. A much bigger variety than any of the other fast food restaurants. They use quality ingredients that always taste fresh and juicy.It may take a minute or two longer to get your order. But that is because they make everything fresh when you order it.I also love the fact that I can order a plain patty for my service dog.The staff is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Fatburgers!!

Ordered four burgers to go. It was kind of a long wait got home and two out of the four burgers were made wrong. Mind you we were the only ones In the place. Called and let them know they were sorry and offered a replacement. We live twenty minutes away so that wasn't going to happen so my son and I watched my wife and daughter eat. After the first bite my wife made a horrible face and said it was pure salt! My daughter confirmed that her burger was also like a salt lick. They did not finish their burgers. After reading through several reviews it appears that this is standard practice. Over fifty dollars for four burgers that we couldn't eat. We came back and got some replacement meals. We found out that you can ask for lite salt. Soda machines were down but upgraded to shakes. They are pretty watery but tasted fine. They could use another scoop of Ice cream to thicken them up.The burgers were much better and made correctly this time.

This was our first time going to Fatburger and unfortunately it will be our last. Because I read the reviews I ordered on line and went and picked it up so it did save some time but the employees inside did not welcome me or acknowledge me and I waited at the counter with a carless attitude from them. So we get home and the kids burger was terrible looking with a soggy bun and there were no condiments on it so how could it be soggy? Then my order was made wrong as i asked for a bun wrapped hamburger and i got a bowl of lettuce instead and my extras I asked for were not there either. The sweet potato fries were good as well as the steak fries but my son said the skinny fries were awful. Lastly the milkshakes, when we got them it was like drinking milk, no thick texture at all and warm. Do not get the milkshake, go somewhere else that knows how to make a milkshake. I feel that In-N-Out and the Habit Grill do a better burger and their prices are more reasonable. Our 4 combo meals cost us $68.00 which at the time looking at the pictures of their burgers it seemed like a good value but the order we actually got was not worth the wait, time to go get it or money!

Had a Uber eats order card charged and then received message Uber canceled?? Had a tremendous order for 7 and a great promo which was nice. Went in to the restaurant and manager apologized and gave me 1/2 off. He was extremely understanding and will be back. The Maui banana shake was fire!
Went in line to order a chili burger. They said they ran out of chili which ok I understand. However they couldn’t even have the people in front of me pull out so I wouldn’t be stuck in line for 17 min. Mc Donald’s has you pull out of the order is several minutes long and they walk you out your food so that everyone in line isn’t waiting on a single car. These employees were fine with me being stuck in the drive through for almost 20 min getting no food. Great experience

Excellent food at a reasonable price. If you are going to eat a fast food hamburger, then go to Fat Burger. It is way better than McDonald's, Wendy's, and Carl's Jr's and costs about the same. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff.
