Two out of 3 employees looked pissed off. Have there apple air pods dangling from their ears. The gal that was cooking the food kept goin to the back to grab her phone and text and did not wash her hands. The short haired gal making the lemonade just didn't give a s**** Not friendly even when saying thank you to them. Don't eat here. Gonna contact the Fresno Health Department

I didn't bring cash, so I was about to use Samsung pay, fortunately I asked, because the fellow said that this location updated their hardware or software or something and now Samsung pay doesn't work.For carb counting individuals like people on keto or type 1 diabetics, it's important to know that this location does have light lemonade! Type 1 diabetics rejoice!Also, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with my problem. He apologized very nicely. ?

So I visited hot dog on a stick in Sierra Vista Mall on August 11th 2022, with me was my wife, my mother-in-law and my three daughters.My mother-in-law ordered two large lemonades and one small lemonade along with about four hot dogs on a stick for all of us.After receiving our drinks, My 6-year-old decided she wanted her own cup. So we asked for a small cup so that we can transfer some of the lemonade into it for my daughter. When we asked the girl working she said that they were out foam cups. And when we asked for anything else they simply said no. We asked for a small cup again and they said no we don't have any. Even though I just bought a size small cup of lemonade.The man telling us no we don't have any was extremely rude with lots of attitude. My mother-in-law is visiting from out of town and she stated out loud that she is astounded with the customer service here and will never be coming back. The gentleman that told us no to the cups proceeded to walk into the back and mock my mother-in-law and said" like we even care" . And when we confronted in he took off his work shirt and said I'm off the clock. It doesn't even matter anymore. I didn't say anything wrong...At that point we received the rest of our food and just let it go to avoid any further conflict. The customer service here was so bad and my mother-in-law was so disrespected. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

The hiring manager sure picked some winners. I understand with covid and the employment pool though. Burnt corn dog, lazy employees, very rude they didn't say anything just the total. I've been coming here for nearly 10 years and never throughout that time have I seen lazy employees. This is the first time.

The experience I had was overall poor. I walked up with a simple question about payment and I ended up standing there for quite awhile. It was really disappointing to see two young ladies stand there (back to me) while there is a big mirror in front of them so they could see me. My friend did say excuse me pretty loud to get there attention but they still refused to acknowledge us until another different employee came in. It only takes two seconds to stop and answer a question, please do better.

I ordered the 2 for $5.50, a Monterey Jack Cheese stick and the Original, the Funnel Cake Sticks (that's the rasberry sauce I hot on them on the container), and fries. Everything but the cheese stick was fine, though my husband was disappointed with the Original (cold in the center). The cheese stick had raw batter inside still, from too much batter because the outside was lovely brown and crispy. The cheese was even melted. There is training going on there, so just request that the more seasoned workers cook your food. I know the new people are learning, but I'm telling you!
