Been here several times and the staff is questionable. Twice I've been left at the drive thru speaker for over 3 minutes. Food gets made fast so the line is never long. Clean restaurant.

I always feel strange reviewing fast food restaurants, because you're essentially getting the same thing but different service at any given visit. But I'm writing a review because I feel like they handled this situation well. It was busy at the drive thru and inside on a Wednesday evening around 6. They ran out of what I ordered and at the window had to ask for a new order, so I gave my second option and I could hear them asking for a "sandwich at the window". They then asked us to pull to the front to get the nuggets we ordered for my daughter. I went inside in the meantime to get some extra sauce. Even though they were busy they were all very kind and worked fast. I noticed they also have a deal after Fresno State Football games! woohoo!

Takes workers a while to come to the counter. We watched 6 minutes go by with workers all tending to the drive thru.
No issues here , quick drive thru and so far they haven't screwed up my order.

Always messes up orders and slow. Live around the corner for 10 years and this Jack In The Box is the worst. Morning crew is not that bad, but afternoon and evening crew is when I've had the worst experiences.

On July 1st. Iv already filed a complaint and have herd nothing!! ordered online for pick up. Went threw the drive threw to get it. The "manager" Josiah hands me my food after a 20 minute wait and the bags rip and fall on the ground. He proceeded to tell me it wasnt his fault I should have grabbed the bags differently and shuts the window. I didnt recive all my food and I had to get out of my car to pick the food up from the ground that I did receive. Iv requested a refund threw corporate but havent herd anything. I will never eat at this location again. I feel like I need to report this to the health department or the BBB. I just want my refund. I dont care if those are the typ of employees your business chooses to hire its your choice. I also choose ot to use your establishment. This is not the first complaint iv seen mentione Josiah as the issue.
