I ordered three oatmeal bowls for 9.99 each from this location herndon/willow for the first time cuz I always go to the cedar location. My experience at jamba have been really good always except this time. I think there some problem with cashier who was working at this location. Maybe she didn’t want work idk. She gave me just half bowl for 9.99 and said this is our standard amount which I know is not true. Completely disappointed with the service at this location.

I Had ordered a smoothie with Stawberries and Bananas. This Location has such a Great Atmosphere Also Toria was her Name she was Really Nice and Energetic need more People like her to brighten up Someone's Day!
I had an unfortunate situation with a young guy in charge of the store a couple days ago. He was short and rude with me, I wanted to order a smoothie and he pointed me to a self check out. After entering my order I asked if I could pay cash and he rudely said no. Just no, I asked again cause my order was already in , so I asked if I could pay cash and again he said nooo (just noooo) I couldn't believe the disrespect.i haven't been to Jamba juice in forever and I feel he could of been a little more helpful in guiding me on what to do instead of just telling me no. I hope management sees this and does some staff training. Will not be back.

Came in today knowing what I wanted expecting small to little conversation. I was impressed by service and how open and friendly they were on helping me activate my Jamba rewards app to get a 50% coupon. Cashier (shorter side, light brown hair, and glasses) she was amazing, energetic, and fast! Loved this experience and will be coming back very soon with family and friends.8/12/23 @ 11:30am

Every time I go to this location, they always give me a bowl with bananas that are way to ripe. Why do you guys not pay attention to unripe green fruits? Unfortunate, please pay more mind to your customers .

Ordered online waiting for my kid.Site confirmed order was readyWhen I went to pick it up, order wasn't even started. They had no clue, I even ordered. She just looked at me like, I was stupid. I had confirmation it was ready. No apology at all, from the employees. They said, will just make it real quick.Then she proceeded to go to theback. 5 minutes later she finally comes out from the back. Then she starts to make my order. Still no apology.

I came to this Jamba Juice on 4/05/22. I ordered from the app so I can just get my drink and go. Seriously love that perk. It is sometimes difficult to find parking but I got lucky and pulled right in. Upon entering I was greeted and they informed me they were still working on my drink.It was clean inside and they had peaceful music on. The staff had alot of energy. Which is needed being around yummy smoothies all day. My drink was up but I was disappointed on the cup. It wasn't their Jamba Cup with the cuteness it was just their basic white cup with no logo or signage. They said it's temporary but still xDThe smoothie of course was delicious. I got a Mango A go go. My all time favorite. It was absolutely delicious!!! I usually get the vita boost. Which is good. Overall, it was good smoothie. They are pretty price and it's probably cheaper for me to make my own at home. But it did quench my thirst.
