I had the chipotle chicken and the guy with the curly hair the black guy cooking he made it real good and he also added bacon to my sandwich he did a real good job and I appreciate him. Thank you for the tasty sandwich.

I don't leave reviews really, but for this place the two girls that were on closing shift working just wanted their pay and leave. Came in before 8:25 p.m, girl was cleaning the grill and I asked for the #16 and they said their grill was off, and won't be in use anymore. Obviously can be used again. They didn't offer anything else, just said if we didn't want anything cold then we shouldn't waste our time there. Rude, lazy & stuck up girls working, don't come here. Especially an hour before the store closes. Didn't catch names but they need retraining, & I'll find corporates number. I just wanted a #16 after working a long day. Definitely will not be recommending this place to family & friends. Pretty sure the girls would be glad to hear that so they won't have to make as much sandwiches. Take care.

I have been going to this location since they opened at least once/week. I used to go to the one on Staten Island, NY and have been to several of them all over the country. I love Jersey Mike's and even though there's a wait even after I do an order on the app, it's still worth it to me.

The service at this location does fairly well. However, I order a hot sandwich which was made incorrectly. It was a number 44 that has Franks hot sauce with blue cheese. The sandwich did not have hot sauce or blue cheese. It also did have the proper toppings on it as well. The beard was also cut incorrectly which made the sandwich fall apart when opened at home. I did not want to waste time by going back to the store and complaining. This is upsetting because for 16 dollars I expect the sandwich to be made correctly.

forgot to post this so it needs to be said. i placed an order during their promotion with doordash. it was the $25 off promotion from june. my order went through and it was never cancelled. upon arrival when i asked for my food the employees told me they were not doing the promo and they had shut off their doordash. i asked for a refund of the remaining balance and they told me i had to contact doordash for it. my main complaint is the fact these guys didnt even have the courtesy to cancel the order which had been placed. im sure there were many others who wasted their time, gas and money to get to the restaurant as well. Very unprofessional of management for not cancelling, not honoring and not refunding the orders that were placed.

I have been here numerous times in the past with fairly decent service. However today was not good. I typically order salads due to health issues (can't eat bread) and today I was told they had no forks or knives!!! How do I eat a salad without a fork?? I had to go nextdoor and get silverware from starbucks! Obviously this store is managed very poorly. If you dont get a shipment in then you go to costco or anywhere and get utensils! Shame on you Jersey Mikes!!!! The staff working didnt even seem to care either or offer any silution. Pretty sad.

WORST SERVICE EVER! It takes three incompetent women to tell one customer that his sandwich is at a different location. The gentleman was very nice and understanding that he needed to go to the other location. Mind you we had already ordered and paid for our sub. No one else is in here but us and we’ve been waiting 15+ min for a sub. As I am reading the reviews and see how much lack of work etiquette there is at this place I will not be returning and spreading the word of the service given here.
