Have loved this donut shop since I was a child. It brings back such fond memories every Saturday! I generally have a great experience for a donut shop. Today I visited and was disappointed when I purchased donuts-they very much were yesterday's donuts-which I paid full price for. The maple bar frosting was runny and liquefied and the donut wasn't as crisp as it typically is when made fresh. I am just disappointed. I get having leftovers but please discount them instead of having clients pay full price for day old donuts.

Extremely dry no filling I paid maybe $25 or $30 they charge extra for everything sprinkled the filling ones are completely empty almost honestly even fresno donut shop gives me Extremely filled donuts huge these had no flavor to me either.Rude customer service the worst I've been to donut shops in fresno and had amazing prices great tasting delicious ? donuts Amazing service worst experience of my lifeeee. I not ever been charged extra for sprinkled donut honestly.

Usually we have a great experience here. The donuts are amazing. But after this morning I will no longer step foot here. I don’t know who the lady was, but she got mad when we were taking our time picking out donuts and more angry that I couldn’t remember the name of a donut. Then my husband had to go back to the car to get our money and she threw our donuts on the counter. Awful experience.

I just moved here and this place serves the best donuts I've ever had. The Apple fritter is amazing! Customer service is sweet and efficient.

Most of the donuts are just great- fresh, slightly crisp on the outside, light and soft on the inside. Best maple bar ever! The apple fritter very good- a little crisp in texture. The one big disappointment was the Strawberry whipped cream donut. It was gobs of nasty fake whipped cream and I ended up scraping the stuff off. Management: if you call it a whipped cream donut, please use real whipped cream, not that nasty cheap stuff!

Worst consumer service ever!! There have a lady have very bad attitude to the customer and being Super rude She very Rush, loves yelled to the customer, through your ordered dounts to you too. never coming back here again

Always consistent. I think I have taken this donut shop for granted. I tried another brand recently and it was awful, so enjoy the quality and consistency of this spot.

Solid classic donuts and everything I expect from a donut shop. I ordered a half dozen which was less than $9 and included three filled donuts. The lemon filled was a bit too sweet for my taste. The standout was the blueberry cake donut. I'll be back to try more flavors.
Getting breakfast for tomorrow. 5/27/23. Such a great donut shop with a wide variety to choose from. I planned on just getting donut holes, but the unicorn and mermaid donuts won! The worker was very kind and welcoming! Checked out and wished a good day! 5/28/23 Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready and my unicorn donut was really cute, fresh and REALLY delicious! Large too! Leftovers for later. I'm sure mother will love her mermaid donut when she gets up to have it! Great service and great donuts! Highly recommended!!

Worst consumer service ever!!!!!!! I only wanted to order half a dozen (6 donut) ball/holes, super fast easy, I already had the 2$ ready but noooo the lady just skipped over me and started helping someone else that was taking forever to order !! My son start to cry because the lady was taking forever ! I even told them HEY I have the $2 ready I just need 6 donut holes?! Like I wasn’t long at all super fast but no the stupid worker just didn’t even acknowledge I was there and skipped pasted me. Super rude never coming back here again
