This post doesn’t even deserve for a 1 full star. Ordered on the KFC app and was told that my order was ready for pickup. I walked in and it wasn’t even ready. I order crispy, and they decided to give all the crispy chicken to customers in drive thru instead. I made an order 20 minutes before pickup and can to a result that they have to give me something different. And I still have to end up waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes for my order to be cooked. This KFC runs business really stupid.

The young employees at this place are just not concerned about doing quality work! After I already waited for 10 minutes to put my order in (I was the only one in line), I then waited another 10 minutes and was then told "it will be another 6 minutes, cause we are out of biscuits"... The baked beans were dried out and gross (chucked them into the garbage). Bad food & bad service! I don't think the owner of this franchise cares how it's being run. ?

We ordered a family deal biscuits were not fully cooked & a couple of them were smashed & in pieces shoved into the box, we noticed some of our sides were missing so we told them & they put it in a bag and said that was everything well it wasn't we get home and realize a side is still missing. This is the second time with mistakes from this KFC next time I will just drive further to other location on Ashlan & Fowler much better service there.

Chicken sucks ass! And the employees here are very un professional. Just so you know people go to the drive-thru to save time. How do you expect me to eat my mashed potatoes?! with my hands?! Not to mention there were noodles in my gravy sauce. I would never go back to this KFC. Very unsanitary. Do everyone a favor and just close your store. 0/10

The food was horrible we didn't they did not give us our gravy for a mashed good was dry and greasy poor service on never eat there again and I hope nobody else does!

I don't understand fast food or restaurants these days especially in Clovis. They are all getting these better wages, but the food is seriously going down hill. I don't recommend this place to eat. The chicken was small greasy and not worth the $45 for 3 people this is the second fast food place that we ate at in Clovis in 2 days and both sucked. Badly the service is ok, but the food is always cold and just tastes bad. So if your trying to get take out don't eat in Clovis anywhere. At least not here, maybe in old town. Good luck I'm not wasting money , that's for sure!

Why fo we keep coming back here expecting good food?? After do many bad reviews, you'd think the manager would fo something...anything! Went at 11am...the fries were cold and tough...tasted days old. And prices are way to high for such sub par food...never again!! We have never had a good experience here!
