First off, I stood for a good 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to come out. (They weren't busy, it was just me in the store) When I walked in absolutely no workers were in the front of the store. I didn't want to be rude so I waited patiently in hopes someone would come out soon. I tilt to the side, and the cashier was on her phone in the back pretending like she didn't see me. I understand chilling when you aren't busy, but you should at least be aware of your surroundings, especially when the door dings as you walk in. Then, when she came out it was like she was trying to seem nice but wasn't doing a very good job at it. I understand it's a Monday but you could atleast fake that you like your job. This is the first time I've ever felt so unwelcomed here. Even the guy that made my drink didn't even attempt to acknowledge my thank you nor did he even pretend to smile when before they used to. The customer service here definitely needs some work. I noticed the service has slowly been getting worse over time while prices have been raised for their drinks, which has also been tasting worse. I have a feeling I won't be back for a while.

Very cute place with a fun cozy atmosphere! Great service, a lot of complicated teas and drinks but the employees got it down! Especially when people are getting a little "invested" in their orders let's say ? wonderful job! And they have some tasty snack food as well for a quick bite!

I ordered the taro milk tea, I've have taro milk tea at many places and this place by far has been the worst, as it didn't taste like taro and tasted more like watered down black tea with milk. The boba and custard were what made this drink tolerable as it wasn't even purple I was starting to wonder if maybe they gave me the incorrect drink. Ambiance is calm and nice. I tried their other drink the lychee one and that one was by far better than this one in terms of taste. I will not be trying the taro drink at this place again and would not recommend it. You're better off getting a smoothie here or something else.

Love Mintea but I've asked for a winter melon milk tea twice with the base being a "jasmine milk tea" base at their sanger location. I specifically keep asking them to change it because I know they use their "black milk tea" for darker flavors. Each time they say ok but then don't do it. I think I'll just stick to ice teas and order at their main location for better milk teas.
