WOW!!! I have traveled all over the world and have tried many different pan dulce. The ones I have bought from this cafe was absolutely AMAZING!! I purchased the vegan pan and I was BLOWN AWAY! It was fresh and didn’t feel “dried out”. I purchased all vegan items which is hard to even find in the Central Valley. I was able to get the concha, pink twist, crunchy cinnamon roll and the vegan tiramisu. My favorites from this establishment would have to be the concha and the tiramisu! I am shocked and can’t even tell it’s any different! The tiramisu was the perfect consistency and I can’t even tell it’s vegan. The mascarpone or the cream was so good I can’t believe it’s a dairy alternative. I grew up in fresno but now live in NY. I will definitely be making the long journey when I come and visit. I NEED THE CONCHA AND TIRAMISU ALL THE TIME!Vegetarian options: THERE IS SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS!!!

It was hard to think how to rate it but if I can give it 3.5 I would. The texture was fluffy and moist. The taste was light and sweet which can go either way. I like and prefer mine on the sweet side. The set up was different than what I'm used to. They're cased inside the glass cupboard that are paired with the bread and number so the worker can pick the numbers you're telling them so they can bag it up. The vegan concha was different. I can definitely taste the anise which I don't mind but for others who doesn't like anise stay away from it. I appreciate they offer a vegan option, it's like no other panaderia I know. The cost is bit more than I'm used to paying. I'd return if I'm in the area but can't imagine traveling across town for it. Service was great and clean. I understand they'll be moving soon but don't know when. Overall, for the locals in Clovis I say give them a try.

I love in Northwest Fresno and drive there just for their vegan puerquitos and vegan chocolate donuts. The pumpkin empanadas are delicious!!

I didn't get to try the bread 3 lil pieces was $10 over price! I understand inflation is really bad but you can't charge $3.50 for a lil piece of bread ! I don't recommend this place !! Environment is kind of heavy !!
