I ordered for pick up because I have a disability that can be triggered by large crowds. It was a huge mistake. I made customers mad because I did what the app said and went to the registers. There was a pick up sign on the wall but no adequate or clear space to stand. One lady got mad and it triggered my disability so I waited in the long line to try and tell the worker I just needed to pick up but I wasnt able to how I was supposed to, I struggled since my disability was acting up. When I was given my food I asked the manager if I was suppose to do what I did and that lady started shoving my child and I because we were then ahead of her. It was really embarrassing. The manager was nice but this should have never been an issue in the first place. There should be a clear space for pick ups only that cant get in the way of walk ins. Customers don't care about other people especially when they're hungry.

The only reason this place is still in business is because it’s the only one in the area. Customer service is absolute trash and the wait time are ridiculous. They get my order wrong every time so I do not recommend online ordering! If you want any sauces or utensils you better double check before you leave they are actually in there, and if you ordered them through a delivery company just forget about even receiving them. I’ll happily drive out of my way to avoid having to eat at this Panda.

Worst customer service at this location , the girl serving our bowls was very rude around 7:30 plus she under portion our chow mien then ignored us when we asked a question, then when we were paying for our food the cashier Devin was also extremely rude when we asked for some sauce packages with a remark that they cost the company 4 cents a packet like who treats customers like there not wanted there ? Come Panda Express do better ?♂️
First they reduced the box sizes - that's cool.Then Is noticed the portion sizes shrunk as well. Yesterday I ordered two servings of orange chicken and chow mein. It seemed like I was getting way too little, so I asked if that was it. The staff looked at and and said yeah.At home, I put all the orange chicken on the scale, which yielded 7.69 ounces. Based on their website and guidelines, one serving is 5.7 ounces.So, I should have received 11.4 ounces.In conclusion, I've been getting 1/3 less food (about 33% less), and paying the same price.Scummy place and now you know!
