It's OK pizza it's convenient and close so yea for the money I'd rather get cheaper pizzaParking: It's got alor of parking off to the side if it's full it's prolly due to people parking lot pimpin or having a party cause it has a whole side of like 60 cars slots to park at
Rude person, took a phone call the moment we started to place our order. Afterwards we had to beg her to get back to us. Having placed the order we actively had to ask when the tage or so be ready, it would have been 40 minutes. What a waste of our time, we canceled.

Pizza Factory is one of my childhood favorites! We have eaten at this location three times. Twice it hasn't been an issue but the last time... my son swears they "recycled" the pizza. I laughed but once I took the white piece out and tried to actually make the pieces fit correctly it didn't work. Kinda wonder now.

I'm sitting here famished, haven't eaten all day. The website said I had 30 minutes left to order. I got in waaayy under the wire. Got the confirmation and everything. Then, 40 minutes later, I get a call saying they cancelled my order. Grrrrrrr.... As I type this, they are still open for another 40 minutes. Horrible way to do business. Just lazy. Why even open a business if you don't want to serve customers? Plus, now, it's too late to order from anywhere else. I really want to use swear words. I've had a horrible day, so I guess this is just the icing on the cake.

Great place, Great employees, and great pizza. The employees were very helpful and even gave me a discount for my own mistake while using the App. I very much appreciate their help. Can't praise them highly enough.

We went to the Pizza Factory on Monday night to celebrate my birthday with two other couples. They heard them sing Happy Birthday to me so an employee came out and asked me what cookie I would like to have for my birthday. It was not your usual small cookie !!! It was the size of a small pizza and extremely yummy! It sure was a nice surprise. We love their salad bar and pizzas! Even though we were just there, I can’t wait to go back!
