The lady in here was super super nice. This is the perfect place to go eat, after your grocery shopping from the local Walmart right across the parking lot. I'm very happy to give them business.

My last few visits to this location have not been great. The last time I drove there the lights were on, the door was open snd the open sign was on.When I walked in it was 845pm and they seemed anoyed and told me they were closed. Their sign states they close at 9pm. They seem to just close when they want. This is also not the first time that has happened to me at that location. I have also had issues with wrong orders there.I will now be driving across town to go to the Port of Subs on Chesnut and Shepherd. I have gone to that one for 20+ years and I have always received great service from them.They don't waste your time, money or your gas.

***Update*** Olivia Kindly and promptly reached out to apologize for the lack of sandwich toppings and quality of the bread from my visit to let me know they take feedback very seriously. I noticed how many times she has also commented how serious they take feedback from others. The continuous feedback you have been collecting does not seem to be improving which makes me question how seriously this feedback is considered. Anyway, I appreciate the response. Hope you will consider the feedback and implement some changes / adjust your portion control. I've had this place 3 times. One time it was good. The other two times I had to laugh at the sandwich because of how cheap they are with sandwich toppings. Most recent order (and last time I will be ordering) I ordered the #15 and the #12 both medium on sourdough. Bread was super dry and the sandwich felt like all I was eating was bread. Tiny sliver of toppings in the middle. It really was laughable. If you're going to be this stingy with the meats, at least pack it with vegetables and condiments. Ridiculous. Will always opt for Deli Delicious or Subway from now on. Even subway gives more toppings on their half sandwiches!

I went to the location at Fowler and Shaw and was treated great and the sandwich was awesome! This was my first time and will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: I ordered the vegetarian and it was a great sandwich! Definitely will be back. The price was very reasonable.

This place was awful. We ordered 3 sandwich's online, 2 out of the 3 sandwich's were wrong, 1 only had meat and cheese, they were smashed flat, warm (hoping not to get food poisoning)and had very little fillings. The staff was having trouble with online orders and the male staff was rude and hard to understand. We will never return if we come back to Clovis, yuck.

This was my first time coming to this location on Monday. Two girls helped me and the Asian one was delightful and very helpful. When I walked out the store the girl that was slicing said I looked like a creep or creepy. I didn't feel I was being creepy. Anyway I thought that was terrible customer service. I felt the one slicing just wanted to get me out of there asap!

I dont usually write reviews but love reading them. I just left this establishment and was treated horribly by an employee. I have never in my 40 years had a problem ordering a sandwich from ANYWHERE. Desiree made it difficult for me which was really ridiculous. I was accompanied by my adolescent son as I had just picked him up from school. I've been going to this port of subs for 10 years, I haven't been recently so I didn't recognize the current employees. The young lady whom was of Asian descent(Indian,beautiful and I don't know her name) automatically greeted me and attended to me by starting my order, she noticed that the bread was mis-shapen( very skinny) and asked Desiree about it and she replied "they're all like that" the young lady whom helped me said " I'll get you another" after I asked what was wrong with the bread. I thanked her and Desiree rolled her eyes slid the bread over and asked the usual questions like "mustard, mayo etc" I said "light mayo" and she asks about veggies I proceed to tell her pickles and continue with the order. Seeing how she was irritated because I wanted different bread, she tossed them on the sandwich stacked on each other so i asked if she could separate them like they usually do. She gave me the most disgusted look and moved them and replied "there", "anything else?" I told her I wasnt being difficily regarding the bread, I just wanted what I paid for when I order food, I then asked if she could please what I paid for and if she could put them on like everyone else at every sandwich shop, I'd appreciate it. I only mentioned that because she slight moved then and had them stacked still like three on top of each other? also be never seen anyone make a sandwich like that, it was clear She was pretty mad at this point and being petty, so I asked the other nice young lady from before to please make my sandwiches. There was no way I would have been comfortable consuming anything Desiree made with attitude and disrespect. Desiree started ringing me up fast, asked if I wanted my receipt which I did, and I replied "yes, please" she looked down at the recipient in the machine and said there it is. I didn't know I was supposed to grab it! She gave me such a dirty look as I was checking out and continued to scowl at me throughout this whole experience. I kept my cool as I know what she was trying to do, to incite a reaction out of me.I couldn't believe this young lady with such an ugly demeanor has a job in service helping people with goods they consume. I won't be coming here again. My son who was present asked what was wrong with her and why was she so mad at me? I didn't have an answer for him other than some people are rude, have no morals or values and treat others disrespectfully due to culture, race, etc and I truly hope that this wasn't the case.I just hope I showed him how not to react to unhappy rude people. That was sincerely a horrible experience and if it weren't for the other young lady I would have walked out and took my business elesewhere. I hope they have cameras so they can review the horrific behavior of their employee, Desiree.

This port of subs makes some tasty sandwiches! I know chain type sandwich places are supposed to be the same. But I swear this one is just better, idk if they rotate out the meat and veggies more or something but its always fresh! They also have some tasty macaroni salad, idk if its made there or from a package but I don't care. Its delish!
