Went to get two pretzels and a drink. The drink did not have syrup from the fountain drink machine. The pretzels were undercooked so $20 wasted . Not to mention the man making the pretzels, completely ignores you until someone from the back comes to take your order.

My granddaughter went here last week to get a plain pretzel took my debit card she didn't ask for receipt I looked at my bank on line they charged me $8.28 for one plain pretzel. Can't go back and complain no receipt. My fault I should of went in with her. Feel cheated ?

I was disappointed when my sisters and I received our pretzels and it was still raw.

Worst experience. Dough was raw in the middle, I ordered garlic bites and Parmesan bites, the garlic bites were disgusting and left me feeling nauseous. The Parmesan bites had maybe 8 bites and the rest was just straight Parmesan. I don't plan on returning and I don't recommend you try this place.
Good pretzels, shame they don't have more readily available later in the day as they sell the last of it to close up shop.

I normally get a pretzel here and just keep walking along, but last week when I was here, the chili and cheese bowl caught my eye. I ordered it. Very good! I have a new favorite here to ponder while I wander.

Very good freshly made pretzels. I had never tried this place. There is a coupon sheet at the guest service counter. One of the coupons is BOGO free pretzel. The coupon made for a good deal but I'll definitely be a returning customer.
