Best ramen in town. Noodles are perfect consistency. The sous vide chicken is unmatched. Good variety. Broth is not their strongest suit, but also great. Good drinks selection that is reasonably priced. No frills in a good way.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. All menu items we have tried have been incredible. From apetizers to dessert, the food is great!
The wife had a spicy miso soup ( #4 ), very flavorful, quick service and good portions. I had a steak Rice bowl ( #8 ), took a bit longer to, but it was nice and hot, freshly made, so it was worth the wait. Same with the chicken egg rolls, a bit of a wait, but freshly made and absoulutly delicious. I previously had the spam masubi and these too were delicious.

I love the popcorn chicken! They always serve it hot and fresh. I've tried all the ramen flavors here, and they are all delicious and have so much flavor. The servers are friendly & attentive.
There is only 1 reason why I wouldn't come back here. The food was great, the ambiance and decor was stylish and cozy, the service was great, but the scraping chairs are something I can't sit through again. Every 2 seconds someone was pushing in or pulling out their chair loudly scraping against the tile. It was so distracting. The chairs are heavy so there's really no way to do it quietly. It would be such a low cost investment for this business to get little pads for the bottom of the chairs to get rid of the scraping noise. It would make this place actually enjoyable to hang out at.

If I could give 6 stars ?? ? ? ? ? sit down restaurant quality with take out speed! Not just the ramen!Octopus balls amazing ? loaded gyoza to die for! I was daydreaming about the Cheesy corn croquettes! If Keith Lee came to town, I'd recommend him come here, top 3! ? I saw one of the staff give a little girl a red envelope for lunar new year! I thought that was so sweet! I'll be a regular for sure!
