I have been coming to Rare tea for a couple of years. It is 5min from me so I go at least once a week. Excellent tea and excellent service. Have not had a bad experience. Every tea I've had here is flavorful and tastes fresh. You can't go wrong with their fruit teas and jasmine milk tea. Their strawberry milk tea is blended and a cold, sweet drink for a hot day!

This is definitely my preferred boba spot in town. Only place I can compare to my favorite So Cal locations. I like the Brown Sugar milk tea with brown sugar boba because I have a sweet tooth.. but there are plenty of options that aren't so sweet. You can always adjust your level of sweetness. They got it down. They are always friendly staff-wise and the owner was great to me. I don't usually leave reviews unless a place goes above and beyond my expectations.

Staff is beyond friendly and helpful and the owner is extremely nice! My favorite is the black milk tea with brown sugar boba or the mango passion fruit green tea for something fruity and refreshing! I always adjust the sweetness level to my liking. Definitely my favorite boba spot in town
Our go to boba place in the CV! Workers are young, lively and kind. They get stuff done in an efficient time and manner. My favourites are the Taro slush with 50% sugar and a classic but basic, Thai milk tea. Okinawa milk is also a good one! Their other flavors that have unique combinations are also good- they're my little sisters pick.

It's been a while since I've went back to this place, but I'd say this is a pretty solid boba place to stop by whenever you find some off time and you want to spontaneously want to grab some. They had some pretty good songs playing if you're into 88rising and the service was pretty fast! The matcha lychee was a little powdery, but overall, I still enjoyed it and I love their choice of ice (that crunched kind and not the cubes). The rose spring tea was really good, but had I had to choose the matcha as a milk tea enjoyer.

My little brother comes by here, at least once a week. Naturally, he's the one that introduced me to this spot. Every drink that I have ordered here has been so delicious and always quickly made. I also love that you can customize how sweet you order it. One of my favorites is the sea salt, coffee! I seriously could drink that coffee every day! When it's hot out, I typically order some of the iced teas. I've also gone there a few times to get some work done. It is usually pretty quiet. Also, the owner is very nice and personable.

Love rare tea! Their boba is perfectly chewy. Place is very clean and there's plenty of seating! I never have to wait long when ordering in the cafe and it's a plus when I order for pick up. Don't have to wait at all

The taro here is the best! It's not super sweet like other places, and the vibe inside is perfect for a date or hangout spot.
Your staff has NO RESPECT for the tenants that live behind these businesses. I have called the police and will continue to call them until something is done. Tonight at 945pm (12.21.23, your staff is driving cars in circles, yelling and screaming). Please respect the surroundings your in otherwise I'll be forced to contact the property management and BBB. Thank you

One of the best tea shops around town. You can definitely tell they use quality tea and fruit. My favorite is the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly. Sweet and sour with a nice crunch from the kiwi seeds. Service is usually quick and friendly.

I usually do not post reviews but I had such a bad experience at this Raretea. I've had it multiple times in the Bay Area and it has always been a hit. However at this location the service was terrible. I came on a Saturday night around 6 and all the employees were incredibly rude. I asked if they had certain drinks and they would straight up ignore me while looking right at me. They look like they hated their lives. Not only that, the drinks were also terrible. I got the most basic milk tea and it still managed to only taste like milk. Lastly the actual boba pearls were hard and I could tell it was old.
