This place has gone downhill for a while now. Nachos aren't the same - less beans , meat, and chips. I ordered extra beans and they gave me less than normal. Carne asada was on the lighter side and kind of chewy. So disappointed in the Fowler and Ashlan location. The ladies are nice , but I come for the food not service. Prices gone up and it's not worth it anymore. I'm going to Arsenio's or Figaro's across the street for now on.

Service and people are good but as for the food. Food is terrible. Food is dry and sloppily made. Every other robertitos taco shop is better than this location. I'm sorry but they need to hire a better cook. I could literally cook better than what they are serving here.

I when this morning before work since they open at 6am it was 6:20am and the lady on the drive through window said where closed so I left confused. I decided to call to get correct times she said our kitchen has nothing warmed up so we have to warm it up when we get here at 6am I said okay so what time do you open your establishment she said "like I said we open at 6am@! Can I have the name of the boss I asked her kindly and she was rude and said I don't have to give you anything since you're not my customer and hanged up on me. What kind of service this is for a well know place never again

WOW, so I stopped by to grab a burrito, and I hadn't been here in a while, but when and why would ownership feel that they needed to start charging for salsa!! What's next, there's gonna be a charge for straws abd napkins or the little paper bag the burrito comes inThis is ridiculous. Robertito's, it's freakin salsa that should be included like any other "Mexican taqeria." Does!! It's not gonna break the bank, and it shouldn't be an extra charge. So so disappointed!

I had a bean and cheese burrito. The beans had no flavor. Taco Bell bean and cheese burrito has more flavor. In fact, I added Taco Bell sauce packets to mine to add some flavor. When I ordered it, I asked for extra onions but was told the only thing I could was a side of cilantro. I was told that, they don't have onion. How is it possible a Mexican restaurant does not have onions? I won't be going back. Oh, and to the woman behind the counter, it probably best not to get on your cellphone while you have a customer in front of you or to turn around and fill your soda and then proceed to take your prescription medication from under the counter and take them with a customer standing in front of you.

They close at 3:00am but if you show up at 2:00am they turn you away. I get it's late and you want to go home, but I also work somewhere that closes late and we'd never turn someone away until we are ACTUALLY closed. No matter how much you hate it, quit or at least try. The rest of us work hard and do. I wish I got the ladies name who turned me away when you weren't even closed yet. She didn't even have the decency to say anything when I pulled up to the drive through when the were still open.

I always want to give resturants and fast foods 3 tries before I give up on them, and unfortunately this Robertitos has really pushed its luck. The first time they've messed up was when they made the chicken fries plate with asada meat instead and we had to go back and exchange it. The second time was when we ordered TWO chicken fries and they gave us TWO asada fries plate in which we also had to go back and exchange them. Then today thinking that its been a while since I've been there, and my little sister is craving a California Burrito I figured why not since they're close. I went and ordered 3 California Burritos with 1 med orange soda and "7" sauces. Waited for my order and when they gave me my order I noticed there were only 3 sauces, I looked at the window and the cashier came to help me. I asked if all the sauce was in the bag in which she exclaimed yes, but then I had mentioned there's only 3 and I ordered 7. Now remind you they're charging $0.10 per sauce now. She gave me a confused look went back to grab the 4 sauce. I said thank you of course for courtesy, and the fact that she helped me as much as she can despite not being the one who took my order, just felt like she was annoyed as she handed me my sauces without a word. Got home and was ready to eat my Burrito, after eating 1/4 already we find out that all 3 burritos are not even California Burrito there were no fries or cheese with many vegetables and guacamole over powering. I don't know what's happened but this location is definitely not up to par with the others, and I will definitely rather drive somewhere further than stop here again.

if i could give negative stars, i would. this place was horrible. my order was simple, 2 california burritos, 1 with sour cream and 1 with light pico de gallo. spent $30 on 2 burritos and they couldn't even make it right. both burritos were cold! mine with the sour cream was light sour cream and light pico de gallo!!!! so freaking simple but yet so hard for them to make simple burritos!! it doesn't make sense! i will never eat there ever again, it's like they were sooooo lazy and just hurried on our food, food ain't cheap now a days, and to eat something not satisfying just pisses me off!!!!!!
