Came in with my son for ice cream today the place was super clean and staff was friendly. We got helped out by Kristina.. she was super nice and helpful when we were trying to pick what ice cream to go with. Will be back again!Delicious ice cream!

9 people in line ahead of me looking confused waiting for staff to take order, someone asked if they could order, 2 young ladies were cleaning up sez it's self order. They waited for someone to ask to order while they were all staring at them waiting to take their order. Getting 10 orders in all at once made the wait 30 minutes. They should put a sign up that says, Self Order not Order here where the cashier is usually at. Ice cream always good though ?

This is the place to go if you love ice-cream! So many flavors and creative options. We got 3 different items off the menus and they were all good! The portions are generous too. The staff was friendly. They took care of us in a timely manner. The young man who crafted our items did it with care. The place is clean and welcoming. We'll definitely go back!

By far the best rolled up ice cream in Fresno! Saddens me they closed their fresno location. There price did go up. I'm giving it a five star because the ice cream and presentation is awesome but they do lack o Odessn friendliness .

The ice cream was great and tasted really nice. The 3 stars is due to the dirty dining room with all of the tables sticky and dirty and the speed of service. There were 5 employees from what I can see and the place was not busy at all and yet the 2 employees ( male and female) were so busy flirting that it took forever to get the order. In the meanwhile the tables need to be addressed. Not a place to visit if you're in a hurry or even want your ice cream on a timely basis. It's a shame as the ice cream is awesome.

I had the mint condition lol not sure the name but my favorite ice cream is Mint Chocolate chip so I went for it. This time Krystina helped me and she had big shoes to fill to because Chloe was amazing! It was my 1st time there and she made it so easy and has a great personality so my 2nd time was also great both the kids were cool and funny too. Just great experience and if you are in the mood for ice cream give them a try. Also don't be so uptight about it either, some of your reviews are so snobby seriously people. It's just ice cream and these kids are people too. They are saving money for school so "Give them" the respect they deserve and Krystina the creator did a fantastic job. Chloe is still my favorite master ice cream sculptor though. Bless her little heart'
Friday, 7/21/2023 - Went to Rollie Rollie for the 1st time. Address is 1840 Herndon Ave Ste 104, Clovis, CA 93611. We were driving by, it's 100 degree outside, we're hot and so decided to get some ice cream. They are located right between Five Guys and Jersey Mike's Sub and other businesses. Upon arrival:Pros:1) plenty of parking.2) when you walk in, immediately one of the staff will call out a welcome. 3) there are 2 kiosk. You order from those kiosk and pay with your card. There is a menu behind the counter you can look at. And there are hard copy menu right next to the kiosks so you can see what you want. Or you can scroll through the menu on the kiosks too. 4) they make the rolled ice cream right in front of you. 5) there's many different varieties to pick from as well as Boba drinks. 6) we loved our rolled ice creams. 7) while trying to order on the kiosks, we had 3 different people come check with us (as well as the person next to us) to see if we needed any help or have any questions. The staffs were super helpful and nice. Great customer service. 8) napkins are on the counter. Cons1) no cons! Conclusion Great place, good ice cream, good drinks, and great customer service. Easy to order. Got our stuff pretty quick. No complaints. Try this place if you haven't. We liked it.

This is a sort of cute place with some exquisite options for cold desserts and drinks. Kids are entertained no matter even if it's their 10th visit. You may add fresh ingredients which is excellent. The end product is quite delicious. The portions are quite large so keep that in mind when ordering. I do wish they had some proper 100% sugar free options. I highly recommend this place.

The employees are rude and unhelpful, the service is so slow, and self check out is the only form of payment available. The employees do not help unless you catch their attention, which is extremely difficult, and when they do come over they are extremely rude. The self checkout is difficult to navigate, as certain things on the menu are not where you would think they would be.
