Customer service is horrible. The employees are incompetent. The supervisor Pete is super rude. Used to love them but now they are just rude at this store !!!

On 3/9/24 I showed up at 11:20 am and was told by the worker at the counter I would have to wait an hour for any food or service because there was a party that was coming in at 11:30 am. Mind you that party WAS NOT there yet, but she said she had no food available until after the party ordered, which would be about an hour. Needless to say, I found that answer ridiculous and left. That is not how to run a business.

They constantly get our take out order wrong. Multiple times I've ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese. (How hard is that?!) And Multiple times they're come with almost no cheese. Like they're doing it on purpose it seems! With breadstcks, we asked for 1 extra marinara.. They left that out as well. As much as I like Round Table, I will be using other locations that get the order right consistently. Pretty dissapointed the last 3 times we ordered from there. We gave up and won't be using that place anymore.

I was craving pizza and we thought about RoundTable. We had never tried this location before and so we decided to stop by. We ordered a small King Arthur and a personal 3 topping pizza. We also ordered the Twist garlic bread. The front counter guy was a little bit too rude and not very friendly. When my husband's pizza and the cheese bread came we asked about my pizza and it seemed like they forgot about it. My pizza seem it was rushed like they forgot about it and it came out a little bit uncooked. I didn't like it. I don't think we're going to come back to this location.

Nice and quiet when we went. Had a draft beer and Supreme Veggie, stuffed crust with chicken. Great Food. Staff was great too.Excellent beer prices and lots of tv's. The playoffs were on but all tv's on in Spanish. We didn't care.Parking: Lots of stores here, so parking could be filled. Close walk even from farthest spaces.

We ordered a delivery this past weekend as their menu indicated they had gluten free option of crust as my sister cannot each gluten. We received the order and once I brought it inside, we noticed the gluten free pizza box had writing on it" not gluten free, out of gluten free doe." The delivery driver did not communicate this, nor did round table call to let me know. I called back and asked for a refund as we ordered gluten free and it was not. The manager said I had to go inside to get a refund. Are you kidding me? You are the ones who messed up my order and did not call me to ask what I wanted to do. So I had to drive to drop off the pizza, and get a refund. I do not see a refund in my account yet. Will never be ordering here again.

Horrible service.....ridiculous wait time. Over an hour for a pizza---but they didn't say that when ordered. Got a refund and got outta there when we realized there were still 2 orders ahead.

Ordered a large and a medium from this location June 25th, I arrived to pick up right on time. When I arrived my large pizza was in the warmer cabinet and my medium just came out, when I got home I opened both boxes only to discover that my large looked like it had been made many hours before I ordered it. I honestly think they gave me a old pizza that had been made but not picked up and wanted to push it off on someone. After reading some of the reviews it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to. Needless to say I will never come to this restaurant again and recommend anyone else does either.

When the pizza was delivered by door dash (because they do not deliver themselves) we were missing the additional ranch and jalapeños. So my husband called since those items cost us several dollars. The only thing they would offer was a 5 dollar credit when we just wanted the money back. They refused to return our money. We tried telling them that we wouldn’t be coming back after this experience and we just wanted our money back. They still refused to return our money. Don’t go here they’ll steal your money instead of making things right. Horrible experience. We will NOT be returning.

We work across the way, went for lunch. Pizza was yummy! Only thing, the girls working there were kinda gossipy at the counter. They weren't rude, but not really welcoming either. One girl, a Latina, just kept staring at us, made us feel weird. Hopefully the crew will get better there. The inside is nice. Wish it had a patio like the one by my parents.

My coworkers and myself work at a department store nearby, and have been coming here for sometime. We went on our meal break, in the early evening. The tall brown haired young man, think he's a mgr with light tattoos and the you petite Hispanic girl, think she's mgr too are the nicest. But this night we went, an older heavyset African American lady and a taller Hispanic girl were up front The African American lady and this younger girl were too busy talking when we walked in, and they both looked like we were bothering or interrupting them with the looks they gave. The Hispanic girl kept staring at us with her eyes really wide open, no smile, no personality, and made us uncomfortable. Some tables needed cleaning too. The food was good. Only reason we still come here. Hopefully, owner will get nicer and more welcoming staff. It's a cute restaurant.

Took the family there LL ast night. There was a party in another room. There was a young man sitting at a table closer to kitchen, it looked like his partner/boyfriend (waiter) works here, bc the young male employee was hanging all over this young man, and not really catering to us. The girls working were either catering more to the party or chatting behind the counter as well. The food was ok, but remember it being better in Northern Cal, growing up. Owner/mgmt needs to retrain these servers. The place has potential.
