Location: herndon/fowlerI got a gift card and we decided to grab some food in the drive thru... we ordered a coney hotdogs and double cheeseburger. The guy didn't rush me despite a person behind me, and at the window he made sure I had everything o needed (extra sauce, straws, napkins, etc.) Which is actually rare these days. The food was great, like surprisingly great. We were both so happy with the crispy tots cooked perfectly, the coney that was prepared excellently, and the burger was better than any burger I have had from either a drive thru or even chain restaurant in quite some time. I recommend giving this place a try if you haven't.

This place is getting worse every time I come back. This will probably be the last.. The quality's getting worse. The burgers had greasons or soggy All the drinks taste like they have old water filters for the ice Is had a tap water taste to it Very unhappy unfriendly staff And the patio area looked like homeless were sleeping on it.. This used to be really nice place to come. But I guess that was twenty years ago

Horrible service. First of all everything is broken. Didn't have certain products. Plus their speaker has been broken for years! You might go deaf. That speaker is physically broken and sounds like crap. The GM or whoever is in charge is definitely not doing their job

Really disappointed. We ordered through drive through 2 ice creams. We drove 3 minutes home and learned that the ice cream was completely melted. They just put whipped cream on top so it looked like it was fine. What a waste!

Horrible service and rude employee. I ordered a combo in the app with honey mustard sauce. When the girl brought my order, I asked if there were napkins and she said yes. I looked in the bag and no napkins. I told her there were no napkins and no honey mustard sauce. She handed me napkins and told me the sauce is 25 cents. I told her I ordered it in the app. She said the app doesn't charge you for it. I said why she's it let you order it if it costs extra and doesn't charge you? All she kept saying is it's 25 cents. I left without the sauce and said I won't be back here.

I just can't believe it ...... Sonic NAILED my burger.... It was just how I wanted it!!✅ Pre-wilted lettuce✅ Over cooked burger patty✅ Soggy tomato slice✅ Onion chunks✅ One lonely pickleMy big complaint.... I ordered tater tots and they were HOT and FRESH.... fried to a perfectly crisp golden brown and just the right amount of salt....Uggghh..... Can you believe it!!All jokes aside, the tater tots were perfectly made but the burger was sadly the worst I've had in a very long time. Sonic....I'm sorry.... but you lost another customer.

Worst sonic location ever. Sonic corporate should look into shutting this franchise down. They give sonic a terrible name. All employees should be retrained or let go. Order wait times are way too long. Sonic is a more pricey fast food option and you do not get what you pay for. Other sonic franchise locations are leagues above this location. Manager and franchise owner should be ashamed. Terrible customer service, terrible food, and overall terrible experience.

The employee Tyler and the manager at the Willow and Nees Clovis CA location were extremely rude and unhelpful and unprofessional with my partner and I. They made us pay for extra stuff that we didn't order. They mocked us and locked the doors so we couldn't speak to them. Please look into this because if it happened to us, it happened to others. "The customer is always right" but in this case, they shut us out and didn't even try to listen.
