They need to update their hours on the website and front door. Showing that they close at 9:00pm but I arrived at 7:50pm and they are already closing early and denying me service while shutting off the lights. At least make the customers aware that you will be closing early.

The employee Brittany is by far the best employee I have met!!! She was so kind!! I even changed my order last minute and she accommodated with no fuss at all, I highly recommend coming to this location when Brittany is working!!

One week before I went here asked about coupons the man behind the counter said in a rude and unpleasant way that he did not have no specials or coupons one week later coupons came in the mail and went back the man was so irate and didn't want to take the coupons he got real rude speaking fast in his language finally took them one was for s free cookie real aggressively arguing about the free cookie because I had bought a separate drink and chips where the coupon applied finally took it worst experience ever trying to get lunch what a jerk I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know how he is and the sandwich was dry I guess he didn't put mayo ,mustard,vinegar n oil Good Luck to him?

The worker here is extremely rude and angry to customers, I can not stand to go into another Subway until something is done. This is the Subway on Minnewawa and Bullard in Clovis. He is working here almost every day. Beard and wearing an earbud on every single shift. He was immediately eyeing me down and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When Asked for my toppings he got more and more upset.. I am horrified of my experience tonight on March 3rd at 7:00pm.. please do something for this worker very unprofessional and angry towards customers. I just wanted my subway and got attitude and anger instead. Terrible customer service.

8:30 pm. Walked in with my father, and the guy (will not offer descriptors here) walked in the back. He then he returned to the counter with an attitude and promptly told my father he had 10 minutes before the store closed. He spoke in a belittling fashion especially when a coupon was presented when we attempted to place our order. When asked for the manager's name and contact information, he said, "Why..I don't know" and then walked away.His co-worker offered to make the sandwich to which the same guy from the interaction came back to the front and then said, "I'll give you a free sandwich." No, we did not want your free sandwich. We wanted to pay for our food and be treated respectfully.There's a lot of sandwiches shops, and it's unfortunate that this experience shed a terrible light on Subways, in general. It takes nothing to offer a smile and be polite. Store #108

This has been our go to Subway for years. The owners are gracious people, who serve up great food in plentiful portions. However, the young Indian man working there this evening is not like the owners at all. He was rude, dismissive of the customers, and spare in the ingredients. My salad bowl was only half full, very little lettuce and turkey, but still full price. He kept asking if we wanted salad, to which we replied three times "Yes!" Then gives me half a salad... RUDE!Next time we walk in and see him we will take our money elsewhere. There are other sandwich places where we can be treated with respect.

I placed an online order with them, they were the only one accepting the coupon code. I got there, and found they'd canceled my order. I asked about it, and at first he just said "Yeah" and that was all. So I asked why it was cancelled, and it sounded like he said the oven wasn't working, but couldn't really understand him, he was mumbling. Didn't seem to know about the policy on refunding the money, because I'd already paid for it online. Doubtful I'd go back to this one any time soon.
