As you can see: I rely on Subway for a lot of my meals, especially when I have my grandchildren with me! They know when they spend the night At gramie and grampie's,they always request Subway...And off we go!!

We eat Subway twice a week and usually have very good services. Today, we try this location and service was horrible! I got wheat bread which tasted like rubber. It was hard to chew. Tuna did not taste right. Never coming back.

There was two guys working, one of them was so rude to my wife and daughter went there to get sub they’re was talking and laughing with each other then guy said why are you laughing. She replied I’m not laughing on you then he said get out of here. We always go there to get sub but no more going there after that kind of employee behavior.

I visited on 31 August 2023 at 5:45pm,one Indian employee male so rude behaviour,no name tag,gossiping on phone,using abusing language.looks so unhygienic.He refused to tell me his name he said I’m wearing nike t shirt and he said my name is nike,.He was alone on counter in black t shirt.Please take action otherwise we will stop coming.we are ur permanent customers.

The man was rude vegetables was dried out, old, you can tell it's not a good place, bathroom was horrible needs to be remodeled FrFr,he also doesn't except coupons even tho there nationally accepted everywhere. He was on the phone he needs to work on his people skills.

Store has limited availability of items available at other locations. Service is generally friendly but the employees have a bad habit of talking very quietly, mumbling and making it very hard to confirm your order, leading to incorrect orders due to them misunderstanding clear English as well.

If you have subway coupons from the Fresno bee, they're no good at this location. There's a big sign that states they do not accept coupons. Subway should issue a list of locations that do accept coupons.

My wife ordered four sandwiches to bring home for dinner. The lone individual working was not happy that she had to make four sandwiches.When I unwrapped my sandwich it looked like an empty bun. There was a single layer of pastrami on my sandwich.! What a rip off! I would suggest avoiding this location even if you have to drive a little further. Or expect to have to argue with a disgruntled employee about her sandwich making skills. This occurred on Thursday 4-20-2023. I should have taken a picture, but I was starving so I just ate my bread and mustard sandwich.

I would like to thank Vic for always remembering my order even when he sees me coming from my car, he starts my sandwich before I come in. All of the employees at the shop, know exactly what I want. I'm in the shop every 4 days. Thank you Vic, Renkel and sushi. I love seeing your smiles every time I come in. Second time i came here before 10pm and they were already closed. Change your hours to 9 if you dont stay open until 10!

I ordered the Monster it was good, restaurant is clean but service was so slow. One girl to make sandwiches and ring up orders. It took about 15 minutes and there was only one couple in front of me. There was another guy there but he was too busy on his cellphone to help. I am pretty sure they were the owners. Subway is always consistent and I like the new menu.
