Too many vegetables not enough meat! They also want to be all chincey when you use a coupon! The bread needs to be softer! The one thing that makes a sandwich great is FRESH BREAD and they either cook the bread too long or something because it's never fresh and soft!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Subway. After placing a mobile order, picking it up and driving home I noticed they made the sandwiches wrong. My husband returned to get it corrected and the guy says with attitude, what do you want me to do about it, You got a foot and a half. Will not be returning to this location. He also lied about being out of what we ordered because another associate came out and remade them.

It's a hit and miss here depending on who's working. I keep getting stale bread. Not sure what that's about.
Wow. I've been meaning to write a review. A few months ago, my bf and I went here for lunch. I ordered a spicy Italian and the woman behind the counter asked what kind of bread I wanted, standard, and no big deal. The woman then starts questioning me about what exactly comes on the spicy Italian. (Meat and pepperoni) She put meat, pepperoni, and ham. I told her she was making a different sandwich. She would give me blank stares and wait for me to tell her what to do next instead of asking me what I wanted the right way. It was as if someone forced her to work at Subway for a day. She was pretty much clueless the whole time. Also, because she made it seem like I was the one working, she held up the line and 4-6 people were behind me. The whole situation was awkward and I was ready to walk out and not even pay for the sandwiches. Sadly, won't be returning to this location. Train your employees better please.

Zero stars. If you can, go to the one on clovis and Clinton. This one skimps big time, they deny coupons at will, unpleasant customer service, bad ingredients. Sour meat and vegetable stems in my sandwich.I finished a 6in chicken teriyaki about 10 minutes ago and I'm feeling nauseous already. I'm glad they skimped me now.?

This is one of my favorite Subways. They make the sandwiches carefully and they're friendly. It seems that when a friendly person makes a sandwich it turns out better. LOL..
