Not sure what’s happened to this location since I last gave it a 5 star review. Terrible, hostile and unfriendly service. The employees all seem disgruntled and annoyed to be working here. They’ve forgotten to include hot sauce and napkins and then seem upset when you request the items they forgot to pack. I’ve also observed them be very rude and annoyed with food delivery workers.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for 3 years, and I don’t think I’ve made it through the drive thru line in under 20 minutes no matter how many cars are in the line. 80% of the time our order is wrong too.

Taco shells are sometimes stale. Orders are usually correct and very quick. Grilled cheese burritos are really good with extra chipotle sauce.

Just terrible, waited 25 min for nachos. Not to mention I stood in line for like 15 min before anyone even came to the front. Trash customer service. I am an Uber driver and the wait is ridiculous we do t get paid for waiting. Do better. ?♀️

Horrible service and stale food. The chips and taco shells were super stale. The managers do not honor their word they failed to honor food replacement. For the prices they charge you would expect fresh food. What can you expect when they are owed by a franchise! No cooperate number!!!
