I just got home and opened this $17 Special bowl which is supposed to be steak, chicken, shrimp. My bowl is mainly just rice. Very disappointing to open it to find I have only 5 pieces of chicken and barely any steak! Glad to know I paid $17 on rice! The total of everything we got was over $60, very disappointed!

The food is way too overpriced. They basically only ever do takeout because there’s not enough tables or room on the inside. The employees are the best part about these place but even then, nothing spectacular. I would honestly recommend anywhere else before you eat here, there’s just nothing special about it. Their portions are horrible compared to how much they charge for their bowls.

This place has gone downhill. No meat and mostly all rice and expensive. Rude customer service. No more salads with your meal and they increased prices. Just go to a regular teppanyaki place. It is the same price and at least you get ambiance, a show, and a lot more food. Would not recommend.

The food was great for the price, considering that at most teppanyaki restaurants you can essentially get the same meal for 25$. The bowls are only 13-15$, and whilst the bowls didn't have the same vegetables that most teppanyaki restaurants have it was worth losing the vegetables for the price. Their sandwiches namely the chicken teriyaki Sandwich was good however the amount of sauce they use isn't as much as I was hoping for, if you try it I would suggest adding extra teriyaki and less mayo if you want to. Service was good, the people were nice but the food took a long time to come out, I would suggest calling ahead, however even if you call ahead expect a longer wait inside as well. I also tried their Thai tea boba, the tea is like you would find anywhere else however the boba isn't the greatest, I found it solid instead of chewy sometimes, however it isn't a boba shop so I'm not expecting high quality. Overall for the price the place is great and would totally recommend just make sure you have plenty of time to wait.

Takes forever to get my order someone ordered after me and got it in 10 min meanwhile I had to wait an hour. I also asked if my order was ready and got attitude for asking.

The food is good but the service is extremely inconsistent. I walked in at 11am on a Friday and the wait to get a single bowl was 1hr45min because they were fulfilling a catering order. Delays are quite a common occurance at this restaurant but nothing has been that extreme. I'd like to come back but I don't know if I'm actually going to be able to get some food.

This place was so good and a great option for take-out vs a full teppan experience. We tried the bowls and sushi and both were fantastic. They nailed the spicy teriyaki sauce too. Call ahead tho. It was about an hour wait. Will be back.
