they have a credit card skimmer there. my card was charged when i was no where near and it showed up as an apple pay transaction. it smells disgusting. everything that they have is gross and stale.

Don't go unless you want your card information stolen! They have a card scanner on their card payment reader ! They will take your credit card information and charge your card two weeks later at 5 am in the morning ! I went there and purchased from the baskin robins inside their store, it's a joint business . I used my Apple Pay and two weeks later they charged my card again with a different amount when it already charged two weeks ago ! There is no reason for them to still have my card info or charge my card again for that matter . I will never return here again and I hope this warns others not to either . This is so shady for a business to do to people ! Shame on them!!

I've always had good sandwiches at this Togo's! Fresh tasting ingredients, made fast!

Took too long to make sandwiches. Not the Togo's of old, very expensive and wasn't too pleased with it.

Sandwich was ice cold , not just cold . Felt like she took it out of the freezer . She acted very friendly, but then she stabbed me with a freezing sandwich. Maybe she was lazy to do it right, and her employer doesn't know .Sadly, they don't take American Express. I was on business trip, I couldn't use my buisness card. Now I have to go through the HELL of filing expense report.I liked the idea of having Baskin'Robin icecream combined , but I didn't think my sandwich would have been considered ice-cream :) **Antarctica* hint int

I ordered from them online and accidentally chose this store instead of the one by my house. When I called to ask them for a refund, they refused and said I had to call corporate or look online for the number, but there were no corporate numbers, only numbers to their stores. They refused to cancel the order or give me my money back. Very poor customer service and would not recommend.

The employees are always polite and deal well with any order I or my kids make. Regardless of how rambling and disjointed we make it! Quick service and a correct order every time. Togos has been a favorite spot of mine since I was a kid growing up in Santa Cruz and this spot always reminds me of the good old days.

We used to go here frequently before the pandemic and it was GREAT. Haven't been in a couple of years and decided to check it out again last week. Very disappointed. It seems there is new management. I decided to order the new caprese chicken sandwich in a wrap. I was corrected that it was pronounced ca-PRESE and not ca-PREY-zhee, which IS the correct pronunciation. Not a good start. There seemed to be confusion when I wanted it in a wrap instead of bread, which is a normal everyday option. The wrap arrived and lo and behold, there was no mozzarella and the tiniest amount of tomatoes. The chicken was fine, the pesto was tasty, but there was a LOT of spring mix. This was NOT a caprese, it was a chicken pesto wrap. The management should learn what a caprese is... sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Just a really bad experience all around. Doubt that we'll go back again. Too many other really good sandwich shops around here that deserve the business. Why tolerate rudeness and mediocrity?
