As soon as we walked in..the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming! The staff was very professional and personable. Even the Young Lady in training was absolutely spot on.P.s my sister and I are both glad we got our own bag of chips!! Lol????

Got the 37 Brewpub Chicken on Parm, sandwich was a good size and stacked with toppings. They were out of the ranch that comes on it so I subbed for Chipotle Mayo. Restaurant was clean including the restroom and service was spot on. Will definitely come back!

First off, I thought all Fresno togos were gone. Happily this one is still here. I didn't get the woman's name who helped me, but she is great. 1/22/24 at 1:30 in case her manager wants to figure out who. Anyway, when I walked in she was sweeping. Tables were all clean. She immediately greeted me, put the broom away, went behind the counter and washed her hands. I got the regular tuna salad, which is huge. It's also tasty and fresh. She had it made in less than a minute. All in all I was there less than 5 minutes and that's because I wasn't sure what I wanted. Keep it up togos! I'll be back.

They need to educate employees on food allergies. I order here quite a bit but every time I order on the app for pick up they get my order wrong. I am allergic to gluten and love choosing togos as a lunch option because of the gluten free wraps. My ticket clearly says "GF" however, it is put in a regular spinach wrap almost every time. Sometimes I will check the wrap before I leave to make sure it's correct and have them change it. It's very frustrating when I get to work and see it made incorrectly when my ticket clearly says "GF". Please educate your employees that "GF" means gluten free wrap.

We had a sales rep bring in several sandwiches cut up and brought into our medical facility yesterday! Lunch time all started eating these sandwiches in just about every sandwich there were strands of dark hair! Not a little bit but a lot! Absolutely disgusting. Doctors were extremely upset. Come on Togos do better with hairnets or better food quality! Rep will be contacting this facility for a refund rather large order! 2nd reply! In response to your answer I will have the administrator of hospital reply! Thanks!

Never had a bad experience at Togos until tonight. 30+ minute wait for 3 sandwiches! The place had a couple customers in it. However, they only one person working in the whole place. Wasn't mad at him but shame on the ownership/management for scheduling only one person to run the whole place by himself. Won't be coming back to this location ever again!
I have been going to this TOGO'S for about 6 months once a week. I ordered a #22 cheese sandwich. The last three weeks they have skimped on the cheese. One piece of cheese that did not even cover the length of the bun. I even told the kid to please make sure since it is a cheese sandwich to make sure there is actually cheese. I was there at 5pm on Wed 8/2/23. Sorry there is a cheese shortage, but I am taking my business elsewhere. Good luck!

I haven't been to a Togo's in years. I ordered the Salami and Provolone "Togo's style" sans tomatoes and onions. It was a solid sandwich. The location I went to was clean. The service was fast, but I also was the only customer in there. The reason for not 5 stars is the sandwich could have used one more piece of salami.
