Ordered on door dash. Waited a very long time. Something wasn't right. Noticed the delivery driver was switched to a new driver. Contacted driver and was told they were out of the Ruben sandwich and asked to order something else. Picked Philly cheesesteak. They are out of that too. Tried to cancel our order. They answer the phone and hang up on you. If we end up being charged for this I'll be making a face to face visit to speak to hopefully one person there that has a brain. I guess if you actually get food from here it's supposed to be good. I wouldn't know. Nice customer service guys. No excuse!!!

So I placed an order on DoorDash and it was taking forever to get out order. Then I get a message from DoorDash that they changed drivers. Then new driver sent me a text that they are out of corned beef. So my wife changes the order to a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Driver text me they are out of steak. I try to call the restaurant and someone is picking up the phone and hanging it up!!! This would have been our 1st time trying a sandwich from here. Needless to say I won't be trying a sandwich from this place!!!

So disappointed we went on Wednesday and they had no fries, no ice, no steak, no shakes, so we got the Wednesday special a wicked. We had enough points for a "free" sandwich so went back on Friday to turn in offer, still no ice, no fries, no shakes! Who wants a soda without ICE! Really NO ICE! I know restaurants have had it hard with COVID but really who would not have ice for the entire week or longer?

Went on Saturday 9/5/21 in the afternoon... was perhaps the worst service and the worst sandwich I've had in my life.. $37.00 for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unmotivated.. waited 25 min for meal.. place was not busy. I see why.. I asked what was taking so long to make 2 sandwiches... AFTER the staff put THEIR sandwiches down, I was informed the reason for the wait was because the fries were cooking... AS THEY WERE EATING fries. I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. Subway, Jersey Mike's, Togo's... Anywhere is better than here...

I took my son to Witch Wich for lunch today . He got a steak sandwich that he could not even eat due to all the mustard . We have been here a few times in the past and have always been fairly happy . He had to throw it out . Super sad that we wasted 15.00 today . So sorry for the 2 stars :(

Best sandwich shop I've found In the Central valley. Used to be from Texas and I'm so glad they have 1 location in the central valley and it just so happens to be down the street from me. 2 words "the wicked" 5 meats 3 cheese deliciousness

I would normally have give them a 5-star review because everything I've ever ordered has been made well with fresh ingredients, but today they used avocado on my veggie sandwich that should have been thrown away. The avocado was visible black. Disgusting! By the time I realized it I was too far away to return it. Hope they refund my money when I call them.

The girl working here was very sweet, but the sandwiches are just OK for the price. Kind of smaller than I expected but I may have been spoiled by the small mom and pop sandwich shoppe near my office. I appreciated the attention to detail here though because they let me ask for the bacon extra crispy. I got the BLT. Okay for a sandwich place, but not one of my favorites or go-to's.

We only went here for the Wicked sandwich. This place was so much better than any other sandwich place in Fresno/Clovis. But now, we can no longer customize the Wicked and only take stuff out now. Not sure why this happened. We always came during Wicked Wednesday’s or randomly came for the Wicked when we wanted a good customizable sandwich. I’d say we came here about 3-5 times a month. The cheese selection and pre-selected veggies and inside toppings are not very good. Since the change, we have not been back here. Very disappointed. We will have to go somewhere else now.
