Worst "California" burrito I have ever had.$12.75 and was bean/rice/carne. Horrible. Asked for a fish taco with just cabbage and white sauce. Got a carne asada taco with cabbage. Asked for 6 rolled tacos and got 3. How they have a favorable review is shocking.

I'm very disappointed because I've heard the food was good. I only took 1 bite and I was immediately disgusted. The fries taste and look like freezer fries. The only good thing was the horchata.

I called at 2:07am to order carne asada nachos like I always have. The person who answered said that they do not take orders after 2:00am which was new news to me. I kindly asked if they can make an exception this time since since I wasn't aware. The girl who answered said no that they couldn't honor my request even though I was a loyal customer and rudely hung up on me as was speaking to her. I tried calling back to just be sent to voicemail. They don't care about customer service. I am disappointed and will not go back over there. I hope the owner reads this and make it right for me. I called Santiagos on Dillon in Indio and they provided the best service. Shame on you Aldo's. I've been a loyal customer but I've changed restaurants even though I've been going to you guys for 4yrs. I'm disappointed and will look forward to hearing from the owner. I give you a thumbs down. I lived in Coachella since 1971. To the owner, please revise your policies.

They always forget what you order, you ask for sauce and they don't give you anything, they just say yes and then you leave, you get angry, there is one product missing from the order.

Stopped by a few nights ago for a quick dinner pick up. Ordered the carnitas burrito, on the menu it says it comes with carnitas, guacamole, cheese & pico de gallo. I told the lady when I ordered no pico de gallo but it only came with carnitas nothing else, meat & tortilla. A little disappointing. Also ordered the mini carne asada fries. These are usually always good, this time they were a bit greasy. My kiddos enjoy the kids bean & cheese burrito. I took a bite it's actually really good and good portions (my 2 kiddos shared). I was also bummed because I told the lady the salsas I wanted and they placed the salsas I didn't ask for instead. Other than those two unfortunate things, the staff is usually always friendly and service is quick.

They where very cheerful dancing great mood good food. The staff is always so wonderful the food is always great. Beautiful patio. They have a sense of cumunity. Helping the homeless that cross their way. I Haven't seen that from other restaurant in the Coachella Valley. They treat them like humans that They are. Take note other restaurants.
