First time here and I will definitely come back with some more friends ?. WARNING though they use pork fat to fry their stuff. So please use discretion if you're allergic to pork.
What a fabulous find in Coachella. We did a little motorcycling through the area and stopped here for a breakfast spot. Carne Asada/nopales plate and Chilaquiles verde with chopped carne asada plate were both fabulous. The salsa is amazing as well with fire roast flavor that comes through its good spiciness. We came across a little dog that joined in for a little bite to eat, although we could not coax him to keep going with us home. Maybe next time.

I already started eating. But beside that, the best chilaquiles! It's a bit spicy, crunchy, and the flavor of the green sauce is so flavorful! I've tried many chilaquiles places and they were ok but these chilaquiles wow! I felt like I was home! I super recommend it if u like a bit spiciness, crunchiness, flavorful, enjoyable, I loved it. Well we loved it my boyfriend and I. and the service incredible too.
