“This is a great little hole in the wall for Mariscos in Coachella. The inside is clean and the service was great. Their Mariscos are huge portions and a great price for what you get. I definitely recommend them and will stop by if I'm ever in the area.“
“I was so excited about the seafood tower after seeing all the pictures. The presentation was perfect but the food itself could use a bit more flavor. I enjoyed the guacamole more than the Torre Roka. For $28, it was a decent amount of food, but I don't think I will order it again.“
“If you are looking for an authentic, old school good Mexican food place , Cazuelas could be the place for you. It certainly was for me. Clean and neat without a lot of the standard decorative fussiness Cazuela offers delicious old school and authentic Mexican food. Located at the southern end of Coachella in an older working class area you will never want to overlook a place that the 'locals' flock to. We had the cheese enchiladas and chili Colorado on our first visit. All the sauces taste home made just like our Mama Fortunata made back in the day. Generous portions and fresh tasting we were very happy campers. Subsequent visits we tried the chili rellenos which came 2 to a plate with wonderful beans and rice. And the best shredded beef enchiladas ever!! Beans were creamy and flavorful, rice fluffy and simply perfect and a nice amount of beef in the enchilada. Sense a theme here ? And I can't forget to mention just how lovely the staff is. Efficient and friendly and quick to refill your drinks. What more could you ask for!?!?“
“I am from WA state and i come to eat here every time we’re in Palm Springs. I’ve been here 5 different times and the food has always been amazing! The staff is really friendly and the live music is great! I look forward to coming here every time!“
“Fresh seafood from Mexico! Hard to find a place that has fresh seafood from Mexico, and that understands that you cannot be proud of serving Mexican seafood if it isn't fresh. Service was great, waitress made many suggestions. Our aguachile was clean, the shrimp were devaned (which should be a given, but restaurants are lazy and customers don't care).“
“I enjoy eating here oftenSome of the best quality seafood you can get in DesertHands down I eat at all higher end local restaurantsThis place is worth a visitNice bar new nice and clean dinning room and outdoor seatingThe owner is always there you can taste the quality and pride“
“Really nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.Servers are always super attentive .So far, everything we have ordered has been delicious! And don't forget that Mexican Coke Bottle.Kid-friendliness: My Daughter was excited to see the kids menu with more than just 3 options.“
“We had a great time out for dinner at El Campanario. My wife ordered a casadea with chicken. Her sister ordered a Chimichanga that she enjoyed very much. I ordered a taco salad with chicken, which was excellent. Our service was excellent as well. Again, it was a great time for our first visit.“
“The food was incredibly flavorful. There were lots of choices after our request for gluten free substitutes that were also flavorful. The Tom Ka Kai soup was creamy and delicious. The shrimp tempura was flaky. The server was helpful and attentive. This will be our go to spot for Thai.Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free offerings.“
“I'm impatient . But I'm not stupid . I like to order ahead of time like today. Just to beat the wait time by getting ready and getting in my car and driving and picking up my phone to call it in. .not only is it so simple . But does it always come out 110% every time . Never dissatisfied . Call me a fat ass I could care less . With such delicious food as simple as spaghetti and meatballs with a few garlic buttered toasts . You cannot go wrong . And I'm not gonna say I'm a critic or anything . But out of the many Mario's around . I recommend the Palm Springs, Bermuda dunes, I haven't tried the one in Palm desert or the one on Varner by Stater bros but not trying to throw too much shade . The Indio one was exceptional . The service and ambiance was equivalent to the ones I have been to . But the food was not . Not only did I feel as though I was skimped out on my portions but do I feel I was stolen from . Cause they charge the same price as the great ones like this one i am commenting on . But they did not serve it to my basic requirements . It was cold for mine and my girlfriends . And although she was kind. Our server . She was rushing and in a hurry and to me meant they were understaffed . None the less I only expect improvement from them if they want to continue business but who am I right lol . Also here is a pic of my empty large spaghetti and meatballs . I don't care . I'd pay twice the amount they charge me for what they give me for they are to kind of. God bless your Mario's Italian cafe .“
“Dropped in for an early dinner. My husband had the shrimp tacos, I had the grilled fish tacos. Both were amazing. We were still talking about them the next day. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely go back and try more things on the menu.“
“Good food but we order over $200 worth of food for a party, they gave us no sides. No limes, no salsa, no mayonnaise only some tostadas. Not acceptable when we pick it up we ask the lady at the front and she said..it's all in the bag. BS“
“Definitely a hidden gem if you’re not from the valley I’ve been coming here for years. The Agua chilies is my favorite however, so overpriced the food is good and the candies at the front counter are also delicious if you want authentic Mexican food with flavor when visiting Indio be sure to check out El Tapatio located on Indio Boulevard which is also a historic route.“
“We were passing by during a road trip and decided to give this place a try and were glad we did!Crazy rush for online orders, to go and dine-ins on the night after Christmas! We got the Hawaiian bbq chicken plate and Kalua pork plate. Absolutely delicious and well cooked! Will make sure to stop there the next time we pass by!“
“It's a small place that gets busy with the few people it holds (like 8 tables). Having said that I always call in and order to go that way I'm not sitting there waiting. I always order tosti-ceviche and the agua chiles because they're made just perfect. Also the chavellas are the best in town I'd say the best I've ever had.“

“Our first time to dine at Coral Sushi. Service was excellent. We ordered Gyoza, and chicken wings for appetizers, very good. The fried rice with Kimchi was delicious but the Coachella Roll was a disappointment . It was bland, we couldn't taste the tempura shrimp, fish on top was dry , and it needed a sauce. We decided we would go back but we would not order the rolls. And To be fair we only tried one. The atmosphere was fine. It was Friday and very crowded. We over heard every word of the conversation next to us, as booth seating is very close to each other. I would suggest try for yourself. We will go again.“
“We had a 4 hour layover in SFO enroute for our flight to Auckland so we decided to grab a quick bite. I've tried this place once before and I just remembered it was once of the best lobster rolls I've had. Took an Uber and it was only a quick 8 minute drive so it's not far from the airport. We ordered 2 naked lobster rolls and a bowl of corn lobster chowder and my goodness both were so good! Very filling so get ready to take a nap (which worked out for us on the plane ). Fast and efficient service. They also have daily specials and they have a good outdoor seating area. Parking are all street parking and they have a small area beside. A must to try when you're in a hurry to grab a quick bite in between flights (if your schedule permits)“
“Absolutely the best Fish & Chips in town and the Coleslaw is addictive. Everything we've had there has been excellent. Brett the owner and chef makes you feel like family. We haven't been there in years because we moved. We're back in the area now but my husband is not able to go out anymore. We really miss going there. Joe & Sharon Vieson“
“This place is a hidden Gem in Coachella opened about a year ago, and I’m so glad I found it, got a Clamato campechano and I was surprised much food it was also got the breaded fish taco,it was delicious. The taco gobernador w/ shrimp and marlin was also very good.“
