Was traveling & stopped by for a nice dinner on the way. Any chance I get I'm going to get Filet Mignon (6oz) cooked Med Rare. I started my night with a Whiskey Amaretto Sour. It wasn't craft but it tasted good. I chose a vegetable beef soup for this chilly night. That tasted fresh with plenty of vegetables. We were starving after spending the whole day prospecting at the Benitoite Mining Company. The team recommended that we have dinner at the renowned Harris Ranch Resort. Our first visit to this Country Store shopping, Ranch Bakery, Steakhouse lobby bar resort was no disappointment. Always get a good meal here. Horseshoe lounge has a good atmosphere and makes great cocktails. I opted for the Hickory brown sugar rubbed ribeye and spinach salad. Everything was wonderful. I will be back again.
