Ordered an Impossible Burger no mayo, a bacon burger, and 2 orders of onion rings to be delivered. Received an Impossible Burger WITH mayo, a hamburger, and one fry! Called to complain and get the right order. Employee hung up on us, and after multiple attempts to call them again, they never picked up. This is a horribly run Burger King!

Ordered a double whooper with cheese meal. Onion rings extra. Smooch melt sandwich and value fries. Fries were cold n I told the order taker. Paid 26.46 dollars. Take out order. Get home ready to eat. Had just got home from work and was hungry n ready to eat.Shock of my life when I opened my double whooper / the burger was a single Patty No cheese. The order taken had not given me a receipt.Anyway I go back to get the burger I had ordered and paid for. Total cost was 26.46dollars.Well all hell brook lose. Same guy/ order taker Now walking around eating a ice cream cone / throws ice cream cone in trash. This man who had lots of Tattoos acted very rudely and was very hostile and tried to reach out and grab ? the bags of food from my hand.I was shocked at his behavior. & he just got even more scary and Angry. I was seriously surprised _/ at his behavior. Asked for a new order. He was more irate because he had made a mistake and was now refusing to rei.burse me/ or even make a new order.Well. How do you feel about this??? I think < this man ought to be punished for his behavior and giving me wrong order. He has no right to be here. Please do something cause there are so many complains about him.I do not want him to know anything about me. He is dangerous ?.

Worst Burger King ever I order my food and wait 30 minutes to get it my number was 84 and people who order after me got their order quickly worst customer service I will not recommend at all I wish I can gave them zero

I wish there was a 0-star option. Where is the franchise owner for this place? Is it being run by a ghost? First of all, I was there last time (I always order BBQ sauce with my food) because I know BK loves to charge people for sauces. I paid for my sauces last time and then the woman who gave me my food told me that I wasn't supposed to pay & they were supposed to be free (without ordering chicken) she asked me who charged me and when I told her she rolled her eyes AND looked SO annoyed with her coworker. So I came back days later and didn't ask for sauce at the menu box in the drive-thru because I wasn't expecting to pay for it. Then when I reached the window and asked for it, the older lady looked at me with this huge judgment (I only asked for 5 sauces). Then the woman got stuck and became frantic over it and had to get her manager to help her charge me for it.Out comes the "manager" a man with tattooed arms (I never had a problem with him before) but today I told him that it's not cool that his employees are not on the same page about charging for sauces. He has no care in the world and then tells me that because he wasn't there the day I wasn't charged for them, it doesn't matter what anyone else said. I told him that as a MANAGER it is important to have your team on the same page. If he's not running that place, then who is? Then he started arguing with me OVER SOME BARBEQUE SAUCE and telling me that he didn't have to do anything.... who does that??? WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? I didn't care about paying! IT'S JUST BBQ SAUCE. I like knowing what to expect when I order from this place. That manager acts like Burgerking is someplace to turn up and thug up. It's NOT, he's a manager and gets paid a salary to teach his employees and operate the restaurant. I've never in my life been insulted over asking for some BARBEQUE SAUCE. I now know that I would rather drive to Westlake to order from them than this place run by some of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. Seriously, what ever happened to customer service and why are these people allowed to turn up and be so unprofessional? STOP hiring family members and start hiring actual professional people who can do their jobs without all the extra foolishness. I hope the franchise owner sees this because this experience was just incredibly disrespectful and wrong, hire people with some integrity.

i was waiting at the drive thru after ordering for 2 minutes before the lady asked me "what happened?" i calmly said i was waiting for my order. she went to get the food and was talking smack about me to her coworker in spanish assuming i didn't understand. if you want slow and rude service, this burger king is the place to go. i work across the street and these incidents have happened more than once. it is so sad :(

Hell nah, i don't like feeling stupid. I go here a lot okay, not just rating from one occurrence. Earlier that afternoon, i'm gonna say this my last time coming here. I was gonna order a medium drink right. I gave the lady 5 dollars, bro my arm sticking out for like 5 minutes. I wanted to pay it separately for my friend. Then i said "can i also a get meal though." Bro she didn't even bother to grab the money. She just typed away in the cash register. And it's like too late now to pay for cash. And she talking smack in spanish behind my back like i didn't understand. To another co-worker infront of me like i was stupid. And she said "You should've have said separate first." All giggling.I was being nice though. This girl slow as hell, then she gave me a fake apology. I know it's a minor thing but she talking §hit. They laughing like it's funny. Bro fire this lady, that's not professional. Plus the order was wrong, and i only ordered 2 things. i payed $19 for that.I do this a lot in other places like Starbucks, to use my remaining cash before credit/debit transaction. To spend less money you feel me. And they never get it wrong. On this location, majority are female though. Bro we need more male workers over there. That §hit took hella long and there was just 1 person behind me. i see nobody in the drive-thru. Considering this place has a low as rating. I CAN SEE WHY.
