The employees were nice and working hard. The food took 20 minutes for chicken tenders and fries. The food was nasty. hot chicken, cold fries and that bread disk was like saw dust. An insult to biscuits.
My food was quickly and perfectly prepared.Parking: The parking lot is tight and there's a lot of cars driving through but spots are roomy and there's always one or two free.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a nice ramp to get up from the parking lot, but there's no power door. The parked cars are packed in so you'll have to slowly creep out to look for oncoming traffic.

Tried redeeming an order through the app at the desk in front of the register. Couldn't do it because the app said the store was closed. While I'm inside the store. The manager couldn't honor the price either since it's an app order only.

The food is always good but the service is what is AWFUL about this place. My family will always prefer the popeyes in south city as the service is much better and they are a lot faster.At the 990 serramonte location for Popeyes, EVERY TIME that we place an online order on their app, they take FOREVER. We placed one today around 11:20 on my mother's account, got to the location at 11:30ish, only to be out the door at 12pm. We went to the cashier during the time we arrived to announce we were there. A lady called for my mother's name a few minutes later and my mother acknowledged she was being called. So twice they knew we were here but still chose to delay the time of pick up for our order and we didn't even preset a time for pick up. We just did the selection for "pick up now".In the restaurant if you order with a cashier, those customers don't wait that long and get assisted with right away. But mobile customers pay the price and have to wait longer times.I've mentioned to my mother before that we need to actively avoid this place and go to the one in South San Francisco as that location has better staff and service. Avoid this location if you are able to for your own sanity. The food maybe good but the service is not. We've also voiced a complaint to the manager but it seemed like she did not care.

After shopping at the mall for area rugs I and my buddy went to Popeyes for the shrimp and chicken
My wife and I went to Popeyes Chicken for their Tuesdays 2pc. Special, I can't believe it's now $3.49 when we've been going there when it used to be $2.49.Anyway, my wife ordered 4 orders of their 2pc. Tuesday Specials and a large cajun fries for our nephews, that would be a total of 8pcs of chicken.I ordered 3 orders of their 2pc. Tuesday Specials, 2 biscuits and a large soda, for a total of 6pcs. of chicken. After taking our orders home we realized that we were missing 1pc of chicken from our orders. My wife counted 7pcs. of chicken instead of 8pc., and I counted 5pcs. of chicken instead of 6pcs.We tried calling their phone number to complain but no one answers the phone, and can't even leave a message. Just wondering how many customers were short 1pc. of chicken that day, and how long have they been doing this to customers with large orders.Beware of this place, and check your orders before you leave...
Service: very helpful and friendly Soda: so disappointed, just colored bubble carbonated water hardly any syrup at all; especially the store just opened for the day @ 10:20am By the way, when did Colma starts charging Food and Beverage Tax on top of regular sale tax???

Update for 2023. It is now 2.99 per two piece Tuesdays. Mind you Jollibee is 9.99 for 6 piece everyday. Since the price increase, I haven't went back to Popeyes Tuesdays, but I still go for their Chicken Sandwich which is great

I hate leaving bad reviews but the service I received tonight (or lack there of) was ridiculous. I pulled into the drive thru around 8:45pm and was the 3rd or 4th car in line. The cars ahead place their orders and pull up so it is finally my turn. It's been about 10 minutes at this point. I pull forward in line and wait at the order box patiently for a few minutes. I say hello and no response. Then the drive thru menu just goes black and clicks off. Now it's 9pm and I'm assuming this is the exact moment they close. No cones blocking the drive thru, no one came on the speaker and said "sorry we're closed" NOTHING. The open sign is still illuminated in the window (I even drove around and checked) . They just let me sit there and turned everything off. It's not like I pulled in late, there were literally cars in front and behind me. Great customer service.
