Went in today to an empty restaurant. Employee was making what seemed to be an online order. Waited ten minutes; not one hello from either the employee or manager who was talking to a young lady the whole time. Grabbed my family and left. I don’t expect these chain restaurants to roll out the red carpet but can I get some service?

If this place could have zero stars it would be zero. Absolutely horrible service. Took 30 minutes for them to even acknowledge me, mind you only one other person in line in front of me to even say hello or anything. Took another 25 minutes to prepare 3 pizzas. This employees look unhappy and it reflects in the service.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:35 pm for pick-up at 7:15- 1 gf build your own and 1 bbq chicken and after not seeing my order in the pickup station at 7:35, I approached the counter and inquired about it. Turns out they hadn't even seen or started it (I was asked to show them the location for the order as they didn't think it was theirs). 5 minutes later, I was informed they were out of gf crust ( I have a gluten allergy and mentioned it in my online order) and asked if there was an alternative I wanted, so I did the cauliflower. Didn't leave with my order until 8:00. I've never had a problem at other Blaze locations ordering online and never had to wait an extra 45 minutes.

Don't know if the girl that works here currently 5:31 PM only girl I see is a manager or something. However her attitude is so poor. Didn't even say hello as I waited to be attended. Keep in mind I said hello to see if she got the picture but of course she didn't... The way she talks to her team as well is unacceptable! Defiantly not returning slow service and bad customer service.
Music blasting so loud on a personal speaker. Then they never give you a receipt for rewards they keep them. This place is awful.

Went in here last night, 3 guys working, they’re blasting “All I Want for XMas” by Mariah Carey ON REPEAT. We were dining in, and asked why they were playing it over and over again, and the Manager said it was a prank. But even after my wife tipped so that they would please turn it off, it took them another 10 minutes to get around to it.Bunch of kids goofing off, no real manager on duty, if that’s how you present yourself to the public how should I trust you to make my food? Unprofessional.

I stopped by this location on my way home from work and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I was immediately greeted by a girl named Marlene and a guy named Alex came out to help her. They were both extremely helpful and very nice. I wanted the meal that came with a salad and a half a pizza and they let me know I could do a build your own salad with that meal which I did not know before. When Marlene went to make my salad she noticed that the lettuce wasn't that great so she volunteered to go in the back and get me fresh lettuce without me even asking her. One of them made one of my pizzas and the other one made my other pizza. They both did an amazing job! I will definitely be returning to this location! I'm a single mom and I had a very rough day at work and between the two of them they definitely made my day better.

ordered online tonight and to come find out they ran out of my soy chorizo that i ordered which isn't a problem but it was not mentioned to me at all while I was waiting for my order to be done or when they handed it to me. I work customer service as well and thats something I always mention to someone. They forgot my boyfriend’s pesto on his pizza as well. The toppings were very minimally placed. Go to the fontana location instead or the riverside one.

Each Blaze Pizza restaurant I've been to has great service and food. I visited the Blaze in Colton. The restaurant was very clean, matter of fact the one service member was cleaning the windows. He offered to make the Blood Orange lemonade while I ordered. The food was very tasty to my liking! Each rep was very accommodating and mice to work with!
