I advice you not go this location. Very bad service's.The man he make grill he is crazy and very bad . evry customer making order he comes from the back of cashier to look and speak to customers in bad way without any respect to customers he look drank or get drugs . Polo loco management shoud stop him to improve service.

I used to love this place. I always order soup & salad. The salad came with no dressing, the soup had an odd flavor this time. Didn't taste like it normally does. The churros were supposed to be 2 but they shorted us. The chicken was wrong. I ordered breast but got drum & wing. There were no tortillas. Not going here after this. She repeated my order at least 6 times & then got it all wrong.

Very disappointed In the food to value .paying $25 for a couple peices of chicken that didnt have more than a half cup of chicken and about the same amount of cold broccoli and maybe a cup of coleslaw then a bowl again little lettuce 1/2 rice and beans and a 1/2 cup diced chicken. And a few tabl of corn.wont go back due to that experience. And it was very cold .a winter day and it felt like the ac was on

Always so happy when I come to this location!! I commute from Corona and stop at this el pollo on my way home from work frequently and the staff is always very nice & the food is fresh! Their drive thru is fast and efficient too. Tonight, they went above and beyond by adding extra side of cilantro dressing to my salad without me even asking! Plus, they added an extra side of the tortilla soup toppings which was very nice of them. They take good care of their customers here and I will most definitely be back. Best location ever!

DO NOT GO HERE! i love Pollo Loco, but this place is not it. I'm disappointed with this location. I purchased a double chicken bowl , and the cilantro sauce is practically water. It ruined my meal. It tasted as if i poured water in my meal. To top it off, my chicken was dry and burnt. I was grossed out.I was there about a week ago, and purchased chopped chicken , with a side of cilantro sauce and thought it was a bad batch of cilantro, so didn't think anything of it until today.They are watering down the cilantro sause. They need to stop ✋️I will update this is they change the recipe to how it origally was.

I would give a zero if I could, but my bad, it's partially my fault for not looking at the posted reviews from other peoples experience with this place. I bought 3 double chicken tostada salad , I have to say that I prepare a better dish for my dogs. The lettuce was old the chicken was dry and the avocado wasn't even sliced, and the worst of it was their creamy cilantro sauce that they are famous for was like the Arizona drink I was having.

Used the drive thru...The shredded beef stuffed quesadilla tastes exactly like pot roast with gravy, on a tortilla.. I expected a smokey, char grilled flavor. What I got was pot roast, gravey, white cheese and peppers.It was FALLING APART; mushy and rather displeasing to look at. Don't waste your $8.19. Flies all over the place I opened it up to see exactly what's inside. Photo submitted for your review. Sad. I want my money back.
