We to California for Thanksgiving and ordered wood fire chicken not knowing what to expect. It was the highlight of our Thanksgiving meal. Tastes great!!! Very tender and great sauces.

I am a customer there, we buy large packages but this time I found it very unpleasant. The lady charged me for a package of chicken, since she charged me, she told me that there was no salad and that I could replace it with rice, I said yes :/Then he told me that there was no rice ready, I waited a long time. They gave me my order and everything was fine. I arrived at my business and the beans were all spoiled.I am very upset

I must admit I did not have high hopes for this place. My husband and I had never heard of it. We decided to give it a try. We entered the restaurant and the young man behind the counter was very helpful. He noticed we were slightly overwhelmed by the selection of food and offered samples. Everything we tried was very tasty. They even had Champurrado and it hit the spot, it was the perfect balance. We ordered a chicken plate and a birria plate. The birria was very well seasoned and the beans and rice did not lack flavor. This is one of our fave spots now! The restaurant is always empty when we go so we always decide to eat in. They have salsas and condiments available in the dining room.

Was hoping for some tasty carne asada. Unfortunately, what was served wasn't so good. I was able to eat about 1/4 of it, but the rest was impossible to break down by chewing. I finally gave up. I wouldn't mind the high price they charged for it if I could have eaten it and it tasted good. HOWEVER, my wife's tacos were pretty decent, though nothing to write home about. I feel like they're buying low grade meat and selling it as higher quality. Beans and rice were okay.

Two days in a row! Yep we like it eo much we came here again, as soon as we could.The service, cleanliness, and omg the taste. Amazing!The first we had the juiciest wood fired chicken, Just the chicken. It was so much and so good we didn't even need sides.Today we came back, my wife and I both ordered the tacos. I can not express the awesome flavor of their chicken in chile verde. The carnitas are super delicious and the birria is to die for.We went back and had to order a pork tamal. Man we were again NOT disappointed.This place is a diamond in the rough! I hope they do well with their business! Thank you for such good meals.
Best Rotisserie Chicken in the IE and possibly California. The tamales are ridiculously good as well.

I have no idea what that 'Stephanie S.' lady was on about. First off, if you're going to leave a review. Be honest with it. Don't lie, you will hurt their business. They have restrooms for CUSTOMERS and have that right to decline you use if you're NOT a paying customer. Second, the food was actually REALLY good. I had a quesadilla with Carne Asada & Carnitas. It was the perfect portions and fresh. No fat whatsoever. I'm sure if you like fat, they can always get some pieces with fat of course. However I loved how mine was without it. My husband got the tacos. Carnitas & El pastor was his choice of meat and he didn't even wait for his drink lol (should give you a hint of how good it was) I wish we could've taken photos but the food was truly too good to wait. Their prices are reasonable for the food quality and portions. Our experience was amazing. Felipe Aldava was the employee helping us and he is very professional. He gave us a small sample of the meats (before ordering because he noticed it was our first time here) they serve here and we got hooked. I recommend this place. Bring family, it is family friendly. This place deserves the more business!

First time here just passing by saw the carnitas pictures at the window had to try gentleman in the front was very respectful told him it was my 1st time gave me a couple sample to try took two carnitas tacos with habanero sauce highly recommend meat is well seasoned and sauce is hot but good must try
