Horrible, my father and I decided to eat inside the place, when they gave us our food they did not give us plates I had to go and ask but that is not the main problem the problem was that they did not have spoons or forks and they did not have napkins either. My father and I had to eat with knives since it was the only thing they had and clean our hands with the paper bag where the condiments came. The chicken was a bit salty (it was salty) and the bread was dry and a little hard. This place is horrible, I don't recommend it.

This is just sad. Handed me the wrong bag, then gave me the order missing the fries and they nearly forgot to give me the damn drink. Whoever is working the drive through should be cleaning toilets.

I never leave reviews, but I just can't believe how bad this place is. We will go there and they will often be 'out of chicken'. It's Kentucky Fried CHICKEN, how are they always out of chicken? Besides this the service is just bad. We usually just let it go because they're the closest KFC to us, but after this latest experience I won't be going back. We ordered our food and sat down. After 20 minutes we went and asked about our order and they said "we'll start that right now". We could see them standing around and talking in the back. There were three people supposed to be working and none of them were working on an order. One would occasionally come take an order, but the other two were talking to each other and playing on their phones. After 15 more minutes, we asked again, and they said that they'll "start them right now". We waited for over 45 minutes total and they hadn't even started it. Only one person had gotten their food in that time, and it was a small order. We found out that some of our order had been done and sitting on the counter for 20 minutes (not all of it, just some of it) and they said they'd remake it, but at that point we just asked for a refund because we couldn't wait any longer. They did give us the old burritos and that just made it stranger. They weren't what we ordered, they weren't even anything on the menu. It was rice (that was hard like it had been out all day), shredded cheese, and a piece of KFC chicken. No sauce. No lettuce. I've worked at a KFC/Taco Bell in the past, so I know how it is actually supposed to be run. This place is in desperate need of new management.

The food was very good, but the service was terrible, it took them a while to serve me until I called them, and the girl who by the way is called Arlene who took my order, apart from charging me 2 dollars more, did it in a very bad way, the place was a bit Dirty and the tables very poorly cleaned. Thank you KFC for your bad service..

Zero stars. KFC off of valley and Rancho never has chicken. Just waited in line for 20 min and for them to tell me to go inside and pay. Went inside and said 25 min for chicken to be ready cook was on break. Who is the store manager or area manager they really need to take a look at this establishment.

Let me start off by saying this has been the worst fast food experience of my life! I am a pretty patient person but this was pushing it beyond my limit. Customer service is outright horrible, upon walking in the place was jam packed and I got in line to order my food. A group of boys were in front of me and TWO cashiers were making jokes with them despite them not even placing any orders themselves. This went on for around 15-20 minutes, in this time jokes were exchanged and the cashier pulled out a bucket of candy to give, as well as KFC shirts. I made eye contact with both cashiers so they were aware I was waiting to order but they clearly did not care and thought their priorities were to chit chat with customers who were not making any purchases. I see this place has many one star reviews and I can totally understand why. Will not be returning, I highly suggest you get your food elsewhere. Very disappointed with KFC.

HORRIBLE!!!! asked for a 2-piece breast and wing extra crispy. Instead, they gave us a breast and 2 thighs, soggy, chewy, half cooked chicken and potatoes with about a teaspoon of gravy! Never again this place is total S**T. total waste of money.
