Needed to use the restroom, twice Called politely for a worker to open the restroom, Had to yell so that a worker can hear me. Dirty tables, dirty floor. A homeless had his shoes on the table and no one clean or sanitized it. no customer service when you walk in no hi welcome. But yet they got increase pay. So sad.

No complaints about the food.Management pls see this review , is not right to let customer just stand there and say nothing!! Restaurant got upgraded and if only taking kiosk order its fine ! But let people know!!! We the customer just stand there and workers see us , and just passed by and don't say nothing when they know we are in line waiting to place and order. If don't want to pay an actual person to place orders at the counter thats fine ! But put a sign or let customer know right away to place order at kios because as customer our time and money has value too !
