TRASH....ordered a pizza at 8:45......it's been 2 hours and still no pizza, what a joke. Going to call and demand a refund, thanks for ruining dinner. S*** like this is unacceptable. What the hell happened to my pizza? The tracker said 35 Minutes. What a waste of time. Totally unacceptable. You guys suck.

Over exhausted. Guess nothing changes. Was told they would get better. Sadly last order manager offered free pizza it was so bad. I never took them up on it. Ordered NY slice. Don't be fooled same dough, asked well done, was still slimy and undercooked. Paid $35 dollars for all the fixings I wanted. Basically all the ingredients thrown in center of the pizza. Could get three perfectly put together and cooked pizzas at pieology for this disgusting mess. Ordered Monday night at 8:30pm on line.

We always order pizza wings dessert , we work at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and they are right down the street and we always get great customer service! Our orders are always right and hot . Nice workers definitely recommend this pap johns

Don't tip the drivers until after your stuff arrives otherwise they won't work hard to get your order right.

The wait was so long they initially told us it would take 25 min which turned into almost an hour. But they did make it up to us by giving us two free two sodas and 50% off our next purchase. The pizzas were good even though they were cut poorly

On 01/23/2021 at approximately 11:15 pm I called this Papa Johns location to place an order. I spoke with a male employee regarding the placement of my order, and I advised him that I had papa rewards. The male employee took a long pause (probably looked at the time knowing they closed at 12 and he probably wanted to go home) and he told me " uhm our machine is currently down so you can call tomorrow to get your pizza when our machine is working. ( cuz your machine is going to work tomorrow and you're gonna foresee the future mmhmm ok) -bad customer service. I'm never gonna order here again unless I'm super hungry but even then I'll think about it twice before doing it.

We just placed an order and it was quick, fresh and easy. I did everything online and I was able to track the order as it was being prep-baked-made-ready it even had a spot to know that it was picked up. I really appreciate that because right now you just don't want to wait around the whole time wondering or asking. So that little thing is helpful, makes it very easier. I was able to order online very easy to do nothing to difficult at all. I don't know how I felt about the jalapeño poppers I ordered Im still trying to get better so it's hard to say. The pizza and crust were great I enjoyed how soft and delicious the pizza was definitely would go back and order from here again

I ordered through yelp fulfilled by grubhub and worker kept on telling me they didn't have my order. The pizza quality was not that great either by the time I came home my pizza was cold. I wouldn't order pizza there anymore.
I think it's super important to leave positive reviews, not always negative. We've been ordering pizza from this location for about a year now, every single pizza we have received has always been fresh and amazingly tasty!! Never have any mess ups with our orders and the delivery drivers are always super friendly!!! Good job!!!

Ordered pizza and wings on app..... when it finally came I noticed it wasn't a papa Johns employee This individual had a passenger with them who was laid back in seat and the pizza was on his lap, the driver got the pizza and left it on my front door floor. It wasn't even the correct order and I noticed the seals were broken. There was also a hair on the box This is very disgusting I have never had a problem at this location and I will never order from here again.The people who delivered looked dirty. I would give it negative stars if I could

first and foremost, i've been coming to this location ever since i realized it was closer to me than the location on baseline in rialto, everyone is usually nice and accommodating, but Stacie is my absolute favorite. she is always so sweet, helpful, and concerned. when she's there i know the customer service and food are going to exceed my expectations.
