Overweight,night shift Cashier is very unprofessional. And has a ticking nasty, sour attitude. Clearly, her poor actions is costing the owner lots of Money!!! And a tarnish unsavoury reputation.She's arrogant, incompetent, unpleasant, and extremely rude. With too many negative reviews piling up, she's definitely not worth the trouble. As an interpreneuever, I've never ignore a bad apple. One can spoil a whole bunch.I have a successful trucking company with many trucks. And we constantly pass tofuel. For many weeks my fellow Truckers have been complaining about her disgusting behavior.She needs to be replaced.She's not Grateful for her job.If the problem persist, we will stop coming here and take our hard earned dollars somewhere else.Truck Drivers want to be treated With the Utmost Respect and Dignity. It’s great customer service that keeps us truck drivers loyal to your business.

Fat b**** she always closes the register during rush hour. Makes everyone wait. She has the worst attitude. Sometimes comes in high or drunk I've seen her throwing up by the kitchen. She needs to get drug tested and fired!

I was told that there are several spots available to drop the trailer. However, there was none when the drivers arrived on site. On top of that, Shane was still telling that there are bunch of empty spots, while the guard shack was saying none is empty. Poor communication.

Worst Experience ever, there's a young lady with Blond hair who always have attitude towards me and my husband even my younger son. We have always parked here and loved this place and it's a shame that even when I pay my parking here for my Truck she has an attitude and always looks not concerned or concentrated in her own job. I have also asked her a few questions and she just always grunts or rolls her eyes every time we need help. The owners should really look into the workers more.

The lady who answered told me that it's $75 to park overnight. Petro/TA is only $25.Owner replied to my review correcting the price as $25, which is common in this area. Upgraded my review from 1 to 4 stars.

This truck stop is a joke at night only one employee. ...one top flight security guard always staring people down as they fuel and walk into store ...and one very rude cashier who's always drawing and never helping the customer out how they should . And gives you a attitude as soon as you walk into the store to pay for diesel as someone who spends a lot of money here roughly 12,000 a night here for my fleet I hate it here will be making the change soon to a new place....hire more people!!! With these prices you guys should be fully staffed.

Wish I could give this place zero stars is the worst truckstop ever I had to go to international on Monday when I walked across on Saturday to take a shower they asked me if I was parked in your parking lot I said no I’m over next door to shop and instead they said they can’t offer a shower if you’re not parked or paid for parking on their parking lot which is a rip off food is nasty in and sit in all dayThe lady at the front desk is hateful and refuses to take debit cards from Non local drivers

Worse truck stop ever stop over at international to get shop work done and I walked across to get shower lady at desk says did you pay to park here I said no I was next door getting shop work done she said they would not be able to let me pay for a shower since I parked st the dealer across the parking lot . Fuel price is out high here with Comdata supposed to get fuel at cash price but charged a extra 10 cents bathroom you have to buy over 10.00 in stuff to get the key . Stay away they don't care about us truckers....

Customer service not pleasant. Short and rude. I visited to empty my motorhome tank and fill up with LP and was there for almost 2 hours. LP attendant was supposed to fill my 20 gallon fuel tank. After filling the tank and receiving a bill for a full tank I noticed I was under 1/2 full. When discussing with attendant he demanded I was wrong and that I had to pay the full amount. After further discussion and witnessing him have the same issue with another customer he then called an clerk. The employee came outside and also insisted I was wrong and needed to pay full price for. Throughout the confusion she held a spray can of mace in her hand and waved it around as if there was a reason. A manager was called and I was told I had to wait and that he would be there within 15 minutes. The manager arrived found a leak in the hose and filled my tank. Horrible situation and I will not return.
