My Cuzin Georgia was not doing so well health wise. When they asked what she wanted she asked for a drink from Starbucks. My Cuzin(her brother) raced there right before they closed. They told him they were closed. He explained why he was there. … They gave him the drink with a note of wellness for his sister… Above and Beyond this crew!! Place is like your general starbucks. I do believe it made a couple of us sick, though. I was here previously and got a flat white and noticed there was stuff floating around from the previous drink, so I don't doubt it.
Jannel was super sweet & a pleasure to help us with our order. We had 2 hot drinks & 2 sandwiches. Everything was excellent & the seating was comfortable.

The customer service by Patricia was extremely unpleasant and disgusting. She kept coughing and was not covering up her mouth. She coughed all over the toppings.. We are still dealing with Covid, and this is extremely unsanitary and needs to be handled. She was also extremely passive-aggressive towards me. I have never seen this kind of behavior before. Especially from this establishment. Do better.
