i like how fast the drive through is, but with that comes a loss of quality. i feel like since they go so fast my drink always tastes bland and lazy. it's really disappointing to have to pay for a drink you don't like. and on top of that, when you ask for it to be remade they have attitude. i worked at starbucks so i understand its irritating, but something i learned was that if i make it right the first time i won't have to deal with the needy customer. also we don't get free drinks like you guys, we have to pay 7$ for a cup of milk :((( i hope this location starts being realistic and taking the time needed to make a quality beverage.

Great place, great service. They are always very consistent with the food. The honey citrus mint tea is amazing and the coffee cake is always delicious. The overall atmosphere of the place was very clean and welcoming.

trash ass starbucks barely little to no sauce on our drinks even though we paid for extra, barely any whip, bland ass coffee, and the male workers act like the ingredients come out of their paycheck with how stingy they are. GARBAGE
What I love most is that anyone can walk in and ALWAYS get a FREE lg ice water, just saying.....

Very clean establishment! Came down to Riverside for a month long class and have enjoyed studying here. Bathrooms are very clean too!

They didn’t ask my friend whether it was chai tea or latte. Brought me a latte. I just don’t like SB. I don’t spend my money there. SB baristas will put regular milk in your drink even after you’ve requested almond milk just for the kicks perhaps? Unsure why but SB isn’t a place that I’d ever go to for coffee.
