It is true that all Waba grills are not created equal. This Waba grill, however, is one of the best I've tasted. The flavors in the food is on point, presentation is great and they serve the food pretty quick I was in and out of there in less than five minutes on my 30 mins lunch break from Arrowhead regional hospital. Way to go keep it up!!

This is the best WaBa grill location I've ever been too. The service was prompt and courteous. The portions were great as well. I've been to locations in the past where my chicken bowl was not filled with rice and barley any meat. This location filled the bowl up and everything was fresh. Also the drive thru is very convenient.

I ordered a waba bowl, it was going all great till I found all the bone shards in my food and it made difficult to eat I've had waba grill in different areas, ordered the same meal and never had that happen to me.

The food is ok. Rice was a little undercooked. Sweet chili sauce should be labeled as "spicy as fuck chili sauce with one grain of sugar in it". My advice: order all sauces on the side and test to see what you like because there aren't any good descriptions of what each sauce is. I would not recommend ordering veggies because it's mostly just steamed cabbage BUT do order the jalapeño and carrots if you like spicy stuff- my hubs loved those. The service was unremarkable, not rude or anything but also nobody wowed me or anything which is fine.Not sure about the odd response from business. Must be a template or something I didn't say anything went wrong..... I gave three stars..... not a bad review, just not a rave review. No biggie.

We always order from here. Before I was pregnant I couldn't eat dumplings but when I found out about my pregnancy I would crave them a lot that my bf would order the 20 piece lol

LOVE the location, however… customer service is horrible! Girl in the window has always bad attitude and technically throw my food. Not the first time..not coming back here again. They need to be trained in customer service and hire people that wants the job.

First time at this location. Just made quick order of the dumplings . It's flavorful and could chew on the crunchiness of the fillings but wonton wrapper was not as crispy as imagined it would be. When i got home i pan fried it again. The cashier was not happy to be working tonight. She wasn't giving me the vibes to order more. Restaurant has limited dine in area. I would presumed their drive thru is busy during lunch hours.

Definitely need to re train the workers or at least have management present, employees have lack of respect & basic customer service skills. If you hate your job that bad. I suggest you quit, all your doing is making you & everyone else miserable
Teriyaki chicken bowls with veggies are the best! I liked that I got more carrots than cabbage in my veggies, I LOVE carrots!
