wish i could give a 0... asked for a sandwich and add on cheese literally was a cold slab so i asked for it to be heated kindly. MANGER ON DUTY!!! proceeds to have an attitude when asked for refund on cheese she puts her hands in my sandwich without changing gloves and removes it and gives me the same sandwich.DIRTIEST THING IVE EVER WITNESSED.Kid who took my order tho roman was so sweet and kind

I went there at approximately 4 in the afternoon on Wednesday 10/4/2023 and purchased a $6 Biggie Bag (Double Stack Cheeseburger) and chocolate frosty ,I instead received a (Jr Bacon Cheeseburger) and I don't eat bacon and ALWAYS order a (Double Stack Cheeseburgers)! The other employees were very nice, professional and corrected the problem within seconds but the cashier insisted that I ordered a (Jr Bacon Cheeseburger) in a very rude tone with a very mean look on her face and I know for a fact I did not order that and never will.

i realize now that every time i have came to the window there is always a man serving me but today around 5:20pm 10/18 i got JANNETTE. she said there was extra barbecue sauce in the bag & from there i knew it was going to be a problem because i know certain workers take extra sauce seriously lol. I had a 4 ct & a 6 ct i checked there was only 4 sauces (i like a lot of sauce) so what’s extra??? i thought two come with each ct… i asked for two more (she did not like that) she came back with one, i asked for another & she said “30 cents” with a attitude. i asked “so you guys charge for sauce now?” she said yea. so i got 50 cents cause that’s all i had in my car she asked how many i told her “i said two the first time so one more” as i’m telling her she’s walking away so i’m sure she only heard “i said two” but she came back with one without my 20 cents, i didn’t ask for it i just left. i have asked for extra sauce at this wendy’s & literally NEVER got charged.someone else 10 months ago reviewed on jannette with the same problem, (attitude/charging for sauce) she tried to charge them 45 cents… so did the price drop or do you pick a price?
