This is a fresh noodle manufacture, the product can be found in the local Asian grocery market. I prefer the Wonton Egg Noodle, which are a flat wide noodle pack with flavor, that can hold up to curry soups and sauces. I package makes four bowls of noodles.

Great fresh noodles - just used the Wonton Egg Noodles (flat yellow noodles) for a soup curry dish and they where great. The egg noodle taste came out even through the Thai yellow curry. Some tips I learn along the way. Each package has four balls of noodles, you can not tell till you take them out of the package. Each ball is enough for one person, unless you are my son, who is a noodle connoisseur and takes two servings even at restaurants. Separate the noodles individual as you put them in the boiling water. DO NOT put the whole ball in at once, otherwise they will clump up and stick together. Follow the instructions on the package and cook for 30 minutes, stir continuously to prevent sticking. Once done rinse in cold water. Very important step to stop the cooking. Note: Fungs Village Noodles is NOT a restaurant - but a noodle supply house, selling to super markets. I guess why you will never find a sell by date on the package is that most stores sell all the noodle by the next delivery.
