The worst Jamba Juice experience today two servers one was talking to the other cursing about the manager she just spoke with , and screaming that the manager threatened her service very poor argue about management the whole time cursing

Came by to get a drink and gave it to me just 3/4 filled. Asked for them to fill it and literally only tastes like orange juice, nothing else.

Slow service took over 15 min to get a drink and they weren’t even busy. I order a large and they almost gave me a medium. One of the workers was on her phone with her ear pods in arguing with someone and telling them to shut the f up. Horrible customer service, take your phone calls on your lunch break.

Come buy orange juice in the evening. The staff poured us a cup directly from other cups. As a result, orange juice is bad and orange juice is bitter. We asked the staff to discuss it. They argue that this is normal and means that the orange juice is fresh

Horrible service !! I have never been more disrespected, embarrassed and humiliated in my whole adult life .... Sunday I was visiting citadel with my daughter and made a stop here per my daughter's request for her favorite peanut butter smoothie with protein powder. I never have any issues but this particular Jamba location is always under staffed and always takes long to make orders . Still made the stop ... after receiving my order my daughter noticed her smoothie was flavor less couldn't taste the peanut butter and the protein and was watered down , decided to go back since we had paid almost 11 dollars for a L . As I was explaining to Mia who had previously made our order how it was flavorless and lacked the taste she asked what I would want her to do ? I said " well you can remake it " she then without asking me grabbed the drink straight from my hand and threw it in the trash !!!!! I was shocked by what I had just experienced and so was my daughter and everyone around us even the ppl waiting outside the store . I told Mia she should've not done that she could've asked me to hand over the drink ... she did not apologize and she continued to tell me how wrong I was and that she did nothing wrong . I noticed Michael the manager there also told him what happened and he also did nothing he had no words for me .... I told him Mia needs proper customer service training!!!! And maybe himself as well to have two employees be disrespectful to customers is not okay I really hope this can bring some serious attention to this store and we start seeing changes be done .... I will not be return to this location

My reason for one star is how I clearly ask for a pb banana protein with soy and I gotten my order drink wrong twice and within the second drink of the same one, I had no other choice but to accept and not kept telling them that they got it wrong again because I didn’t wanted to be sound rude. To top it off, the girl that made my drink, had her air pods on and the other girl that took my order gotten my order drink wrong? no wonder she didn’t hear me well.

Slow and rude service. There were only 2 to 3 customers in the store and I was told they couldn't take my order when I was already in line for 5 minutes. When I challenged them and the girl said "Do you want to go to the back and see how many blenders we have to wash?" Then the guy at the cash registered explained they could take my order but it would take 5-15 minutes. Definitely a poor first time experience and would never return to the store. Not sure how they survive at a busy outlet.

I had placed an order online and and when I got there I was a bit disappointed to hear that there online system was down at the time. But when I asked what I could do to get either a refund or my drink the girl with the piercings took me step by step on how to get my drink without spending any more money then needed! Also her and her partner made a mean strawberry swirl! Thank you for resolving my issue in a quick manner!!

Very rude reception as soon as I walked in, the clerk a young woman told me there's a 45 min wait without even saying welcome. What kind of service are you providing. Never coming here AGAIN and I will spread the word.

Just stopped by for an açaí bowl and a freshly squeezed carrot and orange juice that they did not have. They didn't have any fresh juices available for purchase. Which was such a shame because my partner was craving something healthy and not thick like a smoothie. The two stars is for the açaí bowl which was delicious.

Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I came to the mall with great energy until I tried to get a smoothie here at Jamba Juice. The young lady with piercings on her face was having a bad day, but that doesn't mean she has to raise her voice and be disrespectful to customers. When I asked for her name, she said it was Gabby. I understand that this is a busy mall, and it can be overwhelming, but no customer should ever go through this or feel intimidated when ordering something. At the end of the day, we are consuming from this store. I hope this situation alerts whoever is in charge of this store.
