We ate about half of this cake on the night I bought it and taste was bit off, however Start developed mold the next night already even it keep in the fridge. Are they doing quality checks? and I am wondering how many days past since this cake was made?

I placed an order online for a burrito tray and the cinnamon empanadas. I got an email confirming my order for the next day. Went to pick it up and they couldn't find my order at all. Gave them the order number and suddenly they said they just got it which meant it wasn't ready and my driver had to wait. On top of that they didn't have the empanadas. The burritos were teeny tiny and not very tasty at all. When I say tiny, I mean may 3-4 bites for the average person. I was more than disappointed and won't be returning. (Sorry, forgot to take pictures)

2 foreign objects in 1 SMALL piece of cake. Purchased a small slice of cake and in there was a piece of STRING in there. It looks like the packing material that's stringy in party bags. Then there was a strand of HAIR 2 bites later. Holy smokes, never again! The cake tasted dry af. Way too expensive as well. I'll be sticking to Portos.

Fraud and false advertisement warning; They just give straight milk with cinnamon sprinkles on top every time ordered a horchata latte. All the horchata drinks say made with horchata but you can't taste anything except milk. Every time they make one you can clearly see all they add is milk, a shot of espresso if lucky, & cinnamon sprinkles. A very lazy & quick way to finesse Americans into thinking they're getting a horchata latte. They need to hire more experienced workers that know how to make real drinks.

This place is so good. Coffee and pastries are always on point. I love that I can order online and pick up my order before work. Only downside is I feel the pan dulce is a little expensive compared to other places but oh well. Cafe de Olla is delicious and I like to buy the grounds so I can make a pot at work. The grounds are a little on the expensive side as well. So I only grab a bag when I have extra cash. But the taste is so good I can't complain.

Really nice attentive workers. I usually go to the ine in Highland Park and have not received this kind of service. Thank you girls, makes a HUGE difference. They offered to warm up our crossaint and trenza. They smiled. It's the little things. Regarding the chocolate crossaint, well you should already know it's delicious. Ask them to warm it up if they do not offer like these nice girls. Did I mention these girls are sweet???? Sorry....but that to me makes me want to tip and leave a review for them. Thanks girls.

Very good I love that they have unique blend of different coffees and flavors. I would highly recommend coming back here. There's so much more I would like to try. I did not get the sweet breads or anything to eat but the coffee itself was excellent just being different from everyone else is what makes me more likely to come back.Location was clean and staff was friendly offering recommendations

I tried a variety of pan dulce and an Oaxaca latte. Everything was delicious. Also bought a box of assorted cookies to take to my office and everyone raves about them! Definitely going to go again when I'm in the area.

Customer service is spotty. The young lady who came off as new was sweet but the older lady came off as tired of her job. This place had a great selection of things to choose from. Definitely will be back at least once to try more coffee and breakfast options. But their rewards policy needs to change. I redeemed my points for a free specialty coffee and the older lady make an issue when I thought it was for any size after I ordered a large and they served me a small. I didn't like that.

Every time I'm in the LA area I have to stop at La Monarca. Their cajeta filled croissants are to die for. They have great coffee as well.

My sausage and egg biscuit didn't have any egg. The coffee is decent. This place seems very hit or miss.

Very nice establishment . a lot to pick fromOver the years they have lost their touch , that Latino flavor . The root and soul of coffee and bread as been lost trying to keep up with the times . Some things shouldn't change

I went there 2 days ago and was greeted right away by the staff. I've been here before so I know their bread is amazing. However what made me leave a review was the great service by Jenny (sorry I know it started with I J ) but she gladly helped me with cake decor . Great 100/10 . Thanks for your amazing help
